    This restaurant clearly needs better management. Food sitting in the window for that long is unacceptable! This man is solo in the kitchen busting his butt just for his hard work to come to a halt by poor table service. Management needs to hire more competent servers. Props to the cook for keeping a cool head. Thanks for your hard work and for the vids.

    Also I think you need to have a meeting with owners and staff. You are in control. You shouldn't be responsible for cold food / slow delivery. You did your job as a solo. They need to make orders responsibility not fill you all at once. Team effort. You are kitchen king 🤴 tho

    You are a one man army. Never seen a person cook so fast with precision and accuracy doing so many orders my himself. My hat is off to you in what you can do. I must say your opinion about corn beef hash(corn beef with diced potatoes) cracks me up here in Hawaii. My son (23 yr old) still loves it with his eggs, rice and spam in the mornings so I usually cook it for him. I eat it too but I agree with you, it does look like dog food...lol. I love watching your videos and it shows me it is possible to cook fast, safely and accurate but it really takes a special skill set to do what you do and you got it!!! I've been cooking for my family and parties for over 50 years but not too many people can do what you do, great job!!! You give me new hope that the younger generation can do it!

    I am 60 always been a great cook. Fast efficient like this man here only he has way more energy lol. I even cooked at Military Fests n BbQs lots hungry people this guy tho to have stop do orders n make so many different things and be so clean as well Next level!! I would have hope for the new kids but 🤷🏼‍♀️ idk my daughter at 21 put pizza in oven came home smoke n fire alarm cuz she went back upstairs to play video games. She can barely boil water without help. My gs is 21 in September we came in door smoke alarms going off horrible smell. He love video games imagine that! 😮 He put a cup of mac n cheeze in microwave set 4:30 n never added any WATER . Idk just kinda scary!! I think this man is one of kind special!

They outta pocket for crowding up ya window like that smh. I've been at a busy place plenty of times during the height of lunch rush ordering to go and the server will say "just a minute" and dash and take an order to a table and come back. I even seen the owner whose usually taking all the orders even step away and take orders out. Someone isn't helping the team smh.

    The servers have to balance taking order with serving them . They have to stop taking orders to get out what is already made . You did right but your also right I would be pissed if a big order like that came out cold I'm sure that was close to $100 in food. that was a massive backup. omelettes are harder to make in a pan I have a small flat top it's easier to do it flat .

  • @mrgreezy1
    @mrgreezy111 сағат бұрын

    The server’s must evenly split their time between taking orders and delivering food, this is what happens when they don’t devide those two chores evenly in regards to how much time is spent on each task, then food gets cold and you get an ass ton of tickets at once.. I’ve been a restaurant manager and trainer / Consultant for over 20 years, this is why those things happen. Servers are stacking tickets here, that’s a big no no, tell the servers to punch in each table directly after the order is taken, toast and anything similar is a servers job.. fixing these things will solve this problem, also for the volume of food sold its too high for one cook. Period. 1-2 servers should be trained to be a back up “cook helper” during a rush. 💯💯💯 as a server don’t ever punch in more then 2 tables at once. I don’t know the capacity there or averages on sales, if I did I could consult even further. 💯
