As a Solopreneur the difficulty has always been in having to 'wear all the hats'. This concept of focusing on ONE area at a time (i.e. Production, Marketing, Shipping, etc.) and Mastering that one thing is Epic!

The first mistake when I started a business was doing a service. I was tired. I had a fulltime job and was a single mom. The business could work, but time was an issue. Products are what I am about now.

This is just classy stuff. The analogy of mastering one club at a time 😚👌🏾 I'm a little hesitant on that Price law... I'm going to interpret it as test quickly to find the 10 percentile that produces 90% volume. Otherwise it sounds like expansion is the best way to increase production e.g. A bigger team and product line. It also kind of highlights the need to link the specialized tool with its best outcome. You would want your putter to make at LEAST 50% of your putts. You would want your traffic ad to contibute 50% of your reach, and your lead gen ad to have 50% of your conversions, even though they are each a small part (maybe 10%) of your marketing
