Imagine watching this 40 years later.
Awesome. I first visited Miami in 1960 and they only had buses. No metrorail, no people mover, no TriRail, no Brighline trains. Thanx Tim

Thanks Tim! I'm really interested in the transportation that cites are offering to car saturated areas. Realizing the rail networks that were disbanded need to come back.
0:40 I believe that Gillig Advantage BRT used to be operated by Madison County Transit in Illinois.
They use the "No Mask No Ride" concept just like BEST.

People in 2020's decade are brainwash, they always say "wear masks" and random BS. I bet people in 2021 also said "Wear mask" back in 2019 and before.

That's right. That is an ex-GO Transit in Miami. This is not the first time the city and the county purchased ex-GO Transit vehicles. The TriRail commuter rail service also uses ex-GO Transit bi-level passenger railcars and locomotives.
Thats so cool seeing the Gillig BRT CNGs. Where I live the Gillig BRT CNGs are starting to hit the streets.

Why do buses in North America have exhaust on the roof? In Europe, all buses have exhaust inside the engine bay or under the bumper. Also why do many buses in North America still have split windshield opposed to one large windshield?

I need to head back down there. Miami going all out for CNGs it seems
Good video
A thickly settled area that could use a proper Skytrain but they're still reliant on busses because their Metrorail serves the Southwest and northwest suburbs and because their Metromover apparently broke down.

Is it me or some of these buses only have one door? 😳
Why are there shorter buses?
