Those goalscorers he said were Aubameyang, Lacazette, Pépé and Martinelli. He contends that because of the lack of goals in our midfield any front 4 combination we play must always include 2 of those goalscorers at all times. I 100% agree with this.

Moyas is a head of us because he has come with a system which sorts the standard of the players he has and Arteta is trying his team to play City way while some of the players are not comfortable with it resulting into some crucial mistakes.

@@rithik9514 Of course you have seen massive signs of improvement from Boxing day because previous to that the football and results have been a complete farce! Hardly difficult to improve on them performances and results but the truth is that it has still not been good enough. Even today we missed chances but only had 2 shots on target which is not good enough. We also offered nothing from 45th min to 85th min which again is not good enough.

I think one can in part blame Arteta for the goal because of his relentless strategy of playing from the back.

We can't move forward with Xhaka in the team, it's just not possible for us to win every game against 12 players

Lee makes a good point. Arteta is not getting the best our of these players, they don't seem to be improving individually and their collective performances are inconsistent. Also some of the substitutions were odd - why was Odegaard taken off? He was not just the most consistent forward presser but he was also joining up the play. Willian was not as dynamic today but surely Pepe should have replaced Saka who was not only haviing an off day, but was also on a yellow card.

If it isn’t clear already, arteta ball is not only very effective with our players, but in my opinion is very boring to watch

90% of the Arsenal squad are 6th to 12th standard players

For arteta to still be manager the board must believe that he’s getting the best out of these players,, that’s what is worrying,

Xhaka is like Mustafi to many mistakes i had inaf i wan him out..

When are they going to realise they aren't a big club anymore and this is a fair result for the club 🤷🏻‍♂️

"Exceptionally well"??? I disagree bro. He's bang average and inconsistent. He always loses the ball regardless of this incident. No football IQ, just physicality. He's not worth keeping. Today shouldn't be a wake up call, there were many times before this several seasons back. Even the legendary Henry has made his feeling clear about Xhaka.

It's March 2021, and our last positive run was at the end of 2018.

Xakha has been our best player in the midfield for the last couple of season. So unless arsenal gets a better player to replace him we should give him a break. He is not a viera he is xakha and will keep performing as xakha

Not only on the subsitutions he also made mistake in the starting lineup and that style of play still boring to watch

At the end of the season, the club has serious thinking to do on the manager, players and board. We need serious accountability and proper direction.

For me it’s Leno fault. You can see the pressure being places on xhaka. So don’t pass it. Kick it out.

Chambers made Saka dead...he's not yet acustomed to the roles of the right back in the current arsenal set up... There was nothing going on on the right... It was too soon to play chambers for 90 mins...

Coaches are part of the problem when it comes to unforced errors. Xhaka makes the error in part due to a tactical failure that doesn’t ensure he has at least 1 open player to play to. That’s stuff you do on the training ground.
