Lol, just a look of puzzlement at words like “wee fud”. Basically it’s a very slang word for vagina, if you’d like to know... but also doubles for “a little annoying asshole”

Sooooo funny to think all that stuff was happening in his head as he was lifting the bottle to throw it. Hilarious that it cuts back to him and we get to see the reality of his attempt 😂😂😂

I thought he meant the Americans
They were talking in a modified version of the Lowlands/Central Belt dialect of the Scots Language. Scots is related to English, but is more Germanic and is understood and used to various extents by about 2 Million people. The other main dialect is Doric - spoken in the NE of Scotland. I cannot believe that many Americans can understand this.
@lmcgregoruk

I'm surprised at how much money gets spent on Gaelic, when Doric is spoken by far more people. Even if it is a dialect rather than a language. Last couple of times I looked, Gaelic was spoken by about 1% of the Scottish population, or around 20,000 people.

Redgren Grumbholdt extended into Caithness at one time. Going back just just eight centuries Glasgow was a Cumbric speaking village (inhabitants could have conversed up to a point with Welsh speaking Liverpuddlians) with Gaelic speakers North of the Clyde, and Scots speakers to the East.
I broke at "You's are gettin' knifed man." 🤣

Non-Scots probably don't get 90% of the dialogue, but maybe it's still funny.

Watching you trying to understand them was the funniest bit lmfao
You really have to watch the sketch where they haven't got enough money for the Chinese food delivery
For Scottish tv comedy I can only think of Limmy (early-mid 2000s abstract comedy), Still Game, an early-mid 2000s comedy on the lives of working class pensioners living in Glasgow high rise schemes (projects?) played by a younger cast, of which first 6 series are the better ones before it took a ten year break and changed format - and Rab C Nesbitt, an 1980s to 2000s comedy on the life of an alcoholic and his family, lol. The latter was the bigger hit out of the three, but I think the first 6 series of Still Game are the better option to try eventually as the main cast don't have strong accents. Your collectables reminded me of Red Dwarf as I used to have a few boxed collectable figures I received with RD autographed dvds, you might want to check that out (scifi comedy with a hint of trek). My favourite comedy UK wide is probably the League of Gentlemen, a horror-comedy from the 90s, as it was so different to anything else, lol.
As someone who now lives in Scotland, you are kind of bang on correct with your summary. Scottish humour is indeed "random crackhead humour" in its own special way.

There is a whole seperate tradition of comedy programs put out by BBC Scotland, that we never saw in the rest ofd the UK until they went online.

It’s pronounced Burn-is-toon! Love you videos.
"oot getting swadgers" 😂
Classic...
I don't think the Guinness Book of Records would have such a category.... Longest distance for a 2 litre bottle of ginger..I think not..

I thought I was the only one who knew about this show.....:)
Do u know roughly when the 'Derek' series will be reacted to and uploaded?? im excited lol !!!
Your reactions are great, believe it or not, that's the way some people talk in Scotland 🏴, I have a bunch of videos featuring Scottish people, do a reaction to AL Murray, Scottish people describing hell, it's called, What Hell is like in different countries.
Wit a minter !! Roasters
The American accent part was a parody of Hollywood films and US tv.
……I’m still gettin’ ready, you can wait in here with ma da and all my mad uncles…….

Oh, I think you really need to be from Scotland to fully get this. A bottle of "ginger" is basically soda.

They were showing what happens in America as a stereotype and what the UK wish they could do, but in truth we'd end up spraying ourselves 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Im pretty sure those accents are real. i watched a Scottish movie called Trainspotting once and could only understand bout half the words spoken. Check it here Josh. kzread.info/dash/bejne/hYmO27CFir3QfdY.html
that's just the Scottish accent
Pronounced Burnis toon
I don't think you got most of the funny bits in that as there was a lot of scots and glaswegian slang words in it.. I understand it and it's a hilarious show..not for the uninitiatied though... it's like listening to a lot of street/gangsta talk...
