Bún Riêu | Vietnames Crab, Pork, Shrimp and Tomatoes Vermicelli Rice Noodle Soup Recipe.

Broth 👇🏻
Pork Bones
Spare Ribs
Chicken Bouillon 1/4 of a Cup
Fish Sauce to Taste (to your likings).
Rock Sugar 2-3 Pieces
Chicken Broth 1 Box
Dried Shrimp Reserve Liquid 1-2 Cup
Shrimp Paste 1-2 Tbsp
Water 5-6 Liters | 20-24 Cups
Crab & Pork Meatball Mixture Paste
Hydrated Dried Shrimp 1/2 Cup
Ground Pork 1-2 Lbs
Crab Paste with Soya Bean Oil 1 Can
Eggs 3
Peel & Deveined Shrimp 6-8 Pieces
Sauté your Desired amount of Tomatoes, Mined Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper, and Shallots with Reserved Crab Paste Soya Bean Oil. Follow by adding Fried Tofu to Soup Broth.
On another Note 📝
And more Water to Broth throughout the Cooking Duration. As Soup will Evaporate.
Season and Adjust to taste with Fish Sauce, and Shrimp Paste to your likings.
