Bump Stocks & Pistol Braces Back On The Menu - What Does This Mean For Forced Reset Triggers?

The Bump Stock Ban has been taken down by the Supreme Court. The Pistol Brace Rule has been VACATED. We are getting big wins. Whether you care about bump stocks or not, this is about bigger things. It shows that definitions matter and that the ATF can't just claim that something is a machine gun or a short-barreled rifle when it is not. This has broad implications for things like forced-reset triggers and super safeties. Let me know what you think about this in the Comments and don't forget to Subscribe!

There is no reason for a legitimate government to fear citizens owning any firearms, including machine guns.

They're definitely not. I think it would be a fun thing to have on the channel, if it ever becomes legally accessible again.

I agree,I never got my hands on one of these.the super safety seems pretty awesome as well..I do have a Franklin binary trigger and it’s a lot of fun.I can rapid fire it pretty quickly but I like to just pull and release.it’s like a 2 round burst, great for quick follow up shots

I'd like to see the day the 1986 Hughes Act is challenged. I do believe we should be able to own any small arm that our military has access to. Now if you can afford it or not or even want it is one thing but at the end of the day we should be able to own post 1986 machine guns that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Prices would drop dramatically. There’s a whole lotta automatic weapons out there, we’re just forced to deal with a small portion of them. The military would sell them for pennies when they’re done with em.

I heard somewhere that alot of people who own full autos don’t want them taken off the NFA because it would lower the value. Instead of going straight for the jugular and removing them we should increase the number of transferables from 741,146 (0.29% of us population) to 255,241,278 (estimated US population). 99.7% of the U.S. citizens are being denied there right to own a machine gun simply because there arent enough to go around. Unless for some reason the NFA and GCA are removed in some way soon.

I like that idea! I'm sure you're right that a lot of rich people who don't even shoot much just want to protect their investments, but I also know that there are probably plenty of machine gun owners that believe in the peoples' right to keep and bear arms and would love for everyone to have access to the same things they can afford to get.

I agree with sawtooth 100%. Could care less to ever own either. Military rarely use full auto and what a waste of expensive ammo(sure it would be fun for a few mags) but we should stick together. For those who want one, should be able to own either.

We often use full auto but primarily on crew serves . Rarely on battle rifles because in a firefight you need that ammo .

You gotta be shitting me dude. Idk how tf this line of "the military rarely uses full auto" Fudd lore gets propagated. The military definitely uses full auto. All armed forces across the world use full auto. Full auto has been at the forefront of every single military conflict since it was invented, and every single military weapon besides pistols and shotguns have been equipped with full auto capabilities for a reason. Full auto isn't about ammo conservation. It's about combat superiority, enemy demoralization, and area denial. Full auto is HIGHLY combat effective which is why the government does not want us to have it. For the love of God stop preaching this nonsense.

@@smokingcrab2290 you will never see a soldier use his standard issue m4 in full auto in combat. he isnt refering to the belt fed machine guns with 100-200 round belts. just thought that needed to be clarified.
