Bump Stock Ban No More, Pistol Brace Rule Vacated, Gun Show Loophole Injunction
A series of 2nd Amendment victories just occurred but it isn't over yet. Keep in mind that some of these rules and bans were obviously not constitutional to begin with showing that the effort may have been more about financially hurting the industry more than actually changing the rules. The bump stock ban is over, the pistol brace rule has been vacated and the gun show loophole rule has an injunction in 4 states. Hopefully things keep going in this direction but we also need to remember that these issues should never have existed in the first place.

The punishment is the process as the companies could not have been found guilty/ responsible in the end. This is the new tactic the Feds will do in order to hurt you financially.

Seems like a win yes. But, they'll just come up with more bans next year with even more stupid details, ie, if your firearm has a barrel, if you can hold said firearm with 1 or 2 hands, ect.

We're going in the right direction but just for now anyway
Given how long it took and how a justice said all Congress has to do is amend the statute and it would be legal for the ban, this isn't much of a victory.
Not really into bump braces, but i support those who are.

It doesn't matter if you are a current hodler or a newbie. You can capitalize on the fluctuation of Bitcoin by trading with good strategy/signals
Guns, even though useful as a tool, won't save us. It's over. There is no we the people either. Any real meaningful solutions in industrialised societies are at best individualised/for smaller groups only at best.
