You can use Unofficial Enchantment mod cuz all the leaders are spawn after you complete all chapters until Endless Summer

RGG studio could definitely remake Bully or A sequel. The only thing that would need work is if they can pull off the Western world in A believable way.

About the voicelines thing, rockstar really loves to put stuff in that you were never supposed to get Like how girls have voicelines for being stuffed in a locker despite them being hardcoded to instantly break out when you grab them Once again in Gta sa main characters like Pulaski and Toreno have voicelines for being held at gunpoint despite the fact that it's impossible to do without mods

I think you make a great point, but overlooked one key issue... Zoey spawns in free-roam after beating the main storyline, and if all the other NPC's did after the main plot was solved, it wouldn't cause any issues! Aside gary, I think all main characters and leaders should have spawned in free-roam!

They could unlock the clique leaders in free mode after their respective chapters end, I can't see this being a problem for the plot, in case of Pete and Gary, R* could simply code Pete to not hate Jimmy even after everyone hates him in chapter 5 and Gary was expelled after the last mission so there's no way he can be in free roam

Another I will say. Russell is only clique leader to have conversing lines too during freeroam which I heard Russell was talking some things to clique members whereas other leaders don't have them. they just don't say a thing while their fellow members talks about things.

i think it's because you can defeat them before you just do the missions to beat them. But Russell is spawning in freemode tho..

Not everywhere like the rest of the Bullies, though. Russell only appears in certain spots: school car park, entrance gate, and beside the boys' dorm.

In the mission Slingshot is basically the first time when you knock out a Clique leader, in this case Ted in the football field when he is training, is the one with the number 0 and you can interact with him if you fail the mission by letting Mr. Burton see you

There could’ve been ways to get around this. Gary and Pete could have been put into their own cliques. Pete could have been maximum opinion of Jimmy from the mission that they first meet, and Gary could have been maximum until his betrayal. Gary could have only appeared in free roam until his betrayal, then disappear as he becomes the main villain and gets expelled. Might’ve been something to have Gary appear in the town afterwards, with negative opinion of Jimmy. The clique leaders could’ve appeared after their respective chapters. Also odd that other characters don’t appear. Dr Crabblesnitch never seems to appear in free roam. Nor do most of the teachers.

I always found it weird cause in the rare cases you can see them, they have social dialogue. You can spawn Ted by failing Slingshot

Spawn any of them and they all have the same amount of dialogue as any other NPC, lines for being hit, lines for conversing, lines for being surprised by pranks etc

Fact you can use Unofficial Enchantment mod to make all Clique Leaders to spawn permanently after completing Chapter 5 also same for Pete

It’s so simple what Rockstar should’ve done while you’re playing through the game none of the click leaders or main character spawn. But once you’ve completed the game all the main characters and click leaders spawn in free mode. Rockstar missed a trick there

How can I mod asylum inmates to spawn in free roam? Is there a mod already for that?

There could be a mechanic to make Pete behave nice to Jimmy and Gary behave aggressive, just like the mechanic of when you kiss a character and you will keep 100% respect with him/her forever even if his clique doesn't respect you.

A lot of unused and cut stuff definitely hindered the game in my opinion. I still love the game, but seeing a lot of stuff cut from the game such as dialogue, activities, characters, missions etc. it definitely made the game feel very stale with the dialogue in missions for example over the cut and unused ones in the beta, where they actually have personality in the missions and talked more, rather than 'existing npc enemies', since they aren't like that in free roam as much.

I was never able to get all the pictures for the yearbook, I still needed Gary…

I really gotta get a pc or something. I wanna mod bully and bring back unused content into the game

Isn't there a code that makes kissed characters have 100% faction with Jimmy till the end of the game irrespective of the clique respect? They could've reused that code with Pete but it's only true for him from the beginning till the end since he's Jimmy's friend from the start.

After chapter 1 Russel becomes a possible follower, we can pay him and he will follow us around in free roam and fight alongside us. Other cliques also have characters that can become followers after their chapter ends, but outside of Russel none of them are the leader of their clique, I think it would had been better if the characters we can recruit to follow us around in free mode were the leaders of the cliques. We may never get a bully 2, but imagine if we could call any friend we made in the story and hang out like in gta 4 and 5, or be like in saints row and they would fight alongside us, making some missions easier.

All the clique’s leaders were misleading playing for the first time

I always mod in everyone possible including the unfinished characters, my rationale being that the inconsistencies you bring up are already present all through the game. I can beat the mayonnaise out of Algie every time I see him and he'll respawn in the next room I go into, as friendly as he always is. I can stuff Constantinos into a locker, go outside and there he is, being as annoying as ever. So does having the clique leaders really make the world any less believable? I get why they did it but if the devs had more time they could've made it so you unlock each character in free roam after defeating/befriending them. And Pete 100% should be in free roam, one of the reasons he feels like such a minor character is how little we see of him, we end up becoming more familiar with the random non-cliques than with our supposed only true ally. It adds something to the world-building watching him get bullied all the time.

As a programmer, the "greeting" from no-clique is pretty much laziness from rockstar.

I was more pissed about Gary and pete these 2 are meant to be your friends and in Gary's case your rival and you dont really see him sadly. It would be cool If Gary antogonized Jimmy but like in rdr 2 you cant really attack people
