I think the coolest part of this whole phase was when Peter attacks Kraven and the Hunters in the end and he automatically goes full rage mode and you can hear the symbiote cry out through your controller. You can feel the uncontrollable rage that Peter feels while wearing the symbiote.

The part where Peter arrives to seek Miles at Kraven’s base was the best part for me. The absolute savagery in his actions and voice were just out of this world (literally). And the part where he screams like a rabid animal trying to burst out of that cage was beyond epic. Bravo to Yuri and the Insomniac team for blessing us

the reason why this makes peter dangerous, is because he's the character who's one of the people whos holden back the most. he holds back even fighting enemies who go way back, controlling his anger, keeping calm, saving even enemies, how angry would that character be who's so kind but let all his feelings out at once

Him monologuing and talking as much as he does sounds like it's coming STRAIGHT out of the comics and the animated series. Especially at 9:00. Sounds like something you'd hear from that show along with everything else he says against his fight with Miles. I love this.

I really like the implications of the name Venom, and how it could relate to what the symbiote does to its host in this game. SOME SPOILERS AHEAD To me, it seems like the symbiotes really latch onto all the negative emotions and insecurities one possesses. When Peter wore the suit, he kept emphasizing over and over how it’ll make him a better Spider-man, which could stem from his doubts about his own abilities given he couldn’t save Aunt May. Harry was devastated by the Emily-May Foundation building (which represents his dream) being destroyed, envious of Peter being so adept at using the suit, and felt helpless given he was slowly dying without the suit. The symbiote used that and the desire to “heal the world” to try and take over the world. Even MJ, when she was turned, expressed how much she gives and gives to make her and Peter’s relationship, working for JJJ despite hating him and compromising some of her dreams to support Peter’s dream of being a better Spider-man. It all results in the very toxic or “venomous” behavior they display when they have the suit on Sorry that was a lot lol

That was actually a very good and interesting interpretation hahaha I see a lot of people saying they’re trying to make Miles better than Peter by making Pete repeat himself that he sucks, but Pete’s ALWAYS been this insecure, he always puts himself down, never thinks he’s good enough, so I don’t get why people are arguing so much.

@@claudiofistmaster Exactly! Peter has always been self depricating, no matter what media it is. The symbiote amplified all of the doubts and insecurities that Pete has at being Spiderman, and now having this strong power, it makes him believe that he can do more good than before, but instead all it did was make him more angry, distant, and hostile to those he wants to protect. Miles even states that if he had the suit, he would probably be acting the exact same way, given that he also has doubts at his abilities of being a good hero. People just need good literary analysis skills, smh lol

It's also super clingy and a part of me believes it only continues to use Harry instead of trying someone like Miles as a vessel is because it knows that Harry is the best shot to hurt Peter. Even in the final Battle Harry and Venom screams "You have to kill us" which feel like the symbiote screwing with Peter telling him if he wants to stop it then he has to kill his best friend with his bare hands.

Who knew that Tomas was different back from his universe before he went to Earthrealm to start over

I liked how the voices switched between Peter and the Symbiote. Makes it even creepier, the Symbiote is starting to take control, but not too much.

Yuri Lowenthal is basically being bullied Maguire from Spider-Man three crazy

I would say Peter in this game is more than a Bully haha he wasn't just be a jerk, he was being very aggressive, abusive and out for blood. The only thing that kept him from killing was his inner desire to not kill, but the way it was going if he kept the suit on longer he eventually would have killed anyone that got in his path.
