Your videos are saving me. I have had T 5 weeks. It is now better, but I am still depressed daily. Last night I found your channel and after watching few videos I could calm down, and I noticed decrease in my T. I hope that you can produce more videos about T. Even the repetition of the same information and stories is helpfull. You have very nice voice and style of telling stories. Keep working. Let us be positive.

Although I live in a loving environment ,a partner , we hug each day, a son who tells me he loves me EVERY day, I am slowly realising that I must not jump to all the little daily demands /requests , in essence , make this a part of the slowing down method. I would like to point out to others that i do not suffer consciously from stress or anxiety issues ,but if you have this tinnitus noise ,you would understand that anything that may offer even the slightest improvement is to be taken on board ! thanks julian.

I found I had no support with my tinnitus and friends and family mostly got irritated by me wearing earplugs do after years of their insensitive bullshit I now snap st people who ask about my earplugs and that shuts the fuckers up.
