Missed the sunrise, missed the high tide but aimed for the 'heavy-bite period' according to the 'solunar theory' and it didn't disappoint. After landing two trevally, the surf went crazy with the juvenile dusky whalers smashing everything thrown at them. We landed 5 kept one for a feed and lost many more supposedly larger models. It was non-stop action from 9:30 to 12:30 and we left the sharks biting!
