Cheers man, its the S80 (8 foot in length) 2/4, lure weight of 20-70g PE 2-4. Its a good rod, originally I thought it would be a bit stiffer but it feels good in the hand, and it is still on the bulkier side and it can wear out your shoulder casting all day but its a good rod overall. Your not limited to kings and other pelagics with it, one of my videos, my dad got 3 mulloway on the saltist, so its a versatile rod for its heaviness.

Mate I just 200 dollar for my birthday should I get the td black rod? I was looking at the td black itchy twitchy and the Macka which the macka is slightly is heavier so I want to use it for the pelagics like rats and bonitos, but which one should I get first? I could decide over which but since the water is getting warmer the pelagics will return soon

It depends on what size fish, if they arent giants go the lighter rod because you will still be able to stop the bigger ones, but with a rod too big you won't be able to work certain lures right

What reel do you think would pair with the Td black med heavy rod and does it have the power to handle big kings?

Hey mate, haven't fished the port since this video but from memory the run out fished better, we run 20-30lb braid and 20-60lb leader depending on the setup and the lures thrown on it
