What I really like about Duke's dialogue is that they knew they won´t be able to record the whole cast acknowledging Duke Nukem and basically write a new plot, but they made a really good fish out of the water story where everyone goes about their day recognizing Duke as a legendary hero but he's so confused because he was pull from his timeline and straight into action.

Bulletstorm is a goated AF game basically all around. I genuinely played this game religiously when I got it as a teen. I've even beat it on the hardest difficulty. Its got great gameplay, great music, a surprisingly great story for a brown and orange colored shooter of the time. And despite having the Gears or War color pallette, great graphics. It's just a damn good and fun game with goofy ahh dialogue and moments.

4:20 funny enough Duke Nukem did go back in time to fight Nazis in a comic book. He walked into Hitlers room and says "yo Shitler" Hitler commits suicide immediately after seeing Duke

Very underrated game, no sequels sadly ...

Absolutely loved bulletstorm even as short as it is but it's so damn fun and that dialogue let's gooo

2:20 "With the power of A.I. voice lines we can theoretically make a mod that replaces every modern warfare 2 line with Duke Nukem." This is the purpose of A.I. technology for me now. ElevenLabs here I come.

This was so good and after that post credit scene I wanted a sequel.

I just replayed Bulletstorm (original PC version) a week ago 😅 it's very fun indeed. You skipped the post credit scene! It sets up a sequel that's never gonna happen 😢

damn. i love this game when it came out. i remember replaying over and over with my brother and cousins just the DEMO for this on the 360 for the high score. not only that but we would try new things and shooting in different parts of the body to see what new acknowledgements we would get and as fast as we could. this is the epitome of Fool of Cool and we would call it the FLCL game. shame it never got a sequel but i hope some day Cliffy B's burger joint would make enough for a sequel... and then we got Radical Heights. Law breakers was good but sadly was shut down to early lol

I would definitely call this the official 5th entry of the Duke Nukem series. Duke finds a spaceship to look for hot chicks, ends up on a hostile planet, and goes home with one at the end

Ok but real talk? The part in the beginning where Steve Blum character quotes all that pirate stuff while he kamikazes General Bad Guy’s ship goes surprisingly hard.

I genuinely really enjoyed Bulletstorm some of the combination weapon and environment kills were great fun.

To this day Bulletstorm is my favorite FPS. hoping desperately for a sequel

If there's one game I think desperately needs a sequel, it's this one. That cliffhanger ending just isn't fair.

I got this game when it was relatively new, and played it with the Matrix soundtrack. I don't play shooters much, but loved it as a teenager I still have never played any of the CoD games past World at War.

I actually really enjoyed this game. I had a blast replaying and trying to beat my scores. Sometimes games are meant to be mindless flashing colors haha.

Funny story, Bulletstorm was the first game I was able to play online. I got like 10 kills in a row. Realized sometimes guys just stood still. Saw this thing called ping was 999 for me. I was on satellite internet. Sadness came when I learned that satellite internet and online gaming didn't mix. Later learned about mobile Hotspot, but in a place where you can only get satellite internet, you can only imagine how much of a pain that was on a parents 10gb/month mobile plan.

You know what game is even better (even without duke?) That's right! Mercenaries 2 World in flames, a hit game developed by pandemic studios! (i dont know how long I've been doing this please oboe, Im dying of old age)
