    i would disagree on the drilling dummy, if you dont have someone available all the time on your place, like a brother or a wife, the drilling dummy can be very useful specially on moves you having a first contact, just to memorize the movement

    I’m prolly an outlier but I thrive on watching instructionals and attempting the technique on the grappling dummy. I especially enjoy Danaher because i can get a full round of the static mobility cycle in by the time he’s finished talking 😂
