    Bulking tips:- 1) Warmup ( Dinamic stretching) 2) Warmup sets (before doing working set ) 3) Fix your rest time & challenge your body ( by increasing weight/increasing reps.) 4) Posing during sets. 5) Stay Hydrated. 6) Stretching after workout. 7) Protein intake after training.

    Sir post workout shake myth hai joki toot chuka hai ,,as pet new research.. shake kabhi b le skte hai ,,post workout meal jyada imp hai or next day tak poore din protein synthesis chalta rehta hai agar enough diet le rhe h

    You will get muscle strain only if you do static stretching before the workout. You should do dynamic stretching before the workout and static stretching after workout.
