Bulking tips:- 1) Warmup ( Dinamic stretching) 2) Warmup sets (before doing working set ) 3) Fix your rest time & challenge your body ( by increasing weight/increasing reps.) 4) Posing during sets. 5) Stay Hydrated. 6) Stretching after workout. 7) Protein intake after training.

You will get muscle strain only if you do static stretching before the workout. You should do dynamic stretching before the workout and static stretching after workout.

Guru ji During workout mai jab Pani Pita hun to Mujhe Vomit jaisa Feel hota hai aur Chest discomfort lagta hai. Na BCA pi pata hun na Water Please sujhao de kya karu.
