Question 1:- Guruji ek set of excercise se jb dusri set of excercise pr jana hai to kitna rest time lena chaihye? Example :- biceps curl and hammer curl etc. Question 2:- Jo beginners double part ki training kr rhe hain unko ek part se dusre part ki training me kitna rest time lena chahiye? Example:- back +shoulders, Chest + triceps etc..

I have gone to gym 1 year continuously and from my experience i am telling 1) Agar tum DB curl ke baad hammer curl kar rhe ho to 1-2 min kyuki dono light exercise hai. Agar flat bench press ke baad incline bench press pe jaa rhe ho to 2-3 min kyuki dono heavy exercises hai. Agar heavy to light jaa rhe ho to still 2-3 min aur agar light se heavy jaa rhe ho to again 1-2 min. 2) Main back ke baad approx 5 min ka break leta hu then biceps shuru karta hu aap max itna hi lena ya isse kam.

@@rajatsinha6607 are nhi bro normal hai 3min ka rest lena chiye problem tabh hoti hai jab heart rate beyond 200bpm ho jaye mera 152bpm hi jata hai max aur mera workout bhot intanse hota hai toh normal hai isi workout ki wajha sia mene 1year mai transformation karli acchi khaasi aj gym mai izzat dete hai log😂
