Bulk Carrier Loading Wood Pellets
Loading cargo operation of bulk carrier ship in Vietnam. This cargo will be delivered to Japan. It took us 5 days to load the cargo because when wooden pellets gets wet, it expands. So every time there is rain, we have to close the hatches.

Container of wood pellets are actually heavy so lots of people are involve. Some are spotters and supervisor
What species of timber are there wood pallets made from ? Are they a renewable scource ?

It is mainly by-products of the wood industry such as branches, tops, small pieces of wood, corn covers from planted forest wood and scraps, leftover wood...

Pine, acacia and rubber tree. I believe this are fast growing trees, mostly cultivated in bulk or trees plantation.
