I live on the 6th floor and currently there is a bulbul nest balanced between a rope and the grill of the window , it has 3 eggs in it and the mother bulbul is always looking after them , i am afraid that what are the chances of the babies falling from the nest once they grow in size ? Should i shift the nest to a safer location or should i bring a hatching house for the nest ?

Once you change the place of the nest the mother bulbul bird was not come. don't touch the nest...thank you.

Cute little guys!. It's amazing how many of this birds have to survive 10 days against all odds: predators, weather, their parents being predated,etc. 10 days sounds like nothing but for them is like an eternity 😱

Bulbul birds can't fly at just 10 days I suppose. I rared them once when I was a kid , it takes me almost one month from start to completely independent adult. I miss my bulbul tho🥺

No it does fly, coz my birdies flew in 12 days hatched on 19th of July 2021 and flew on 30th July.

Bulbul give birth their child in our house .. after some all child disappeared suddenly .. are they got killed by any other bird or they go silently ?

@BasiC NeedZ That depends on the place where the bird’s nest is built. Usually nest is built in a safe place. Normally Birds will fly in nine to 10 days. It’s not that all the birds fly at once. Some birds fledge away in 8 days, some in 10 days. Hope all the birds were safe 😊

I don't think holding the young ones in hand was a good thing. But still it's a good video

Why are you handling them? Not a good thing for them, they must be terrified. The mother must be extremely stressed. Don't take them out of their nest at such a young age, or ever. Humans need to leave these fragile innocent animals Alone.
