    Are you me? I also have a rattle canned flat dark earth 89 Comanche in the same state. Though yours is much cooler than mine! Thanks for sharing, I have several of the same things planned so it's cool to see yours built out. Awesome truck!

    Awesome! I got a 89 MJ that I need to start to build up, have a 96 xj donor for a motor and transmission swap. Got a 99 xj up 6.5” lockers 456 gears etc etc

    Yes motor, trans, wiring and computer from 95 cherokee. Tcase with slip yoke eliminator from 98 TJ. All stock. Tom woods driveshafts with corrected ends to mate Jeep to Dana 60 w/1410 u joints.

    @@stevewhite1614 wow that's amazing! I'm just starting a Cherokee and looking to do 1 tons. It's crazy to me that the stock motor, trans & tcase (np321?) is that strong. Thanks again!

    With the right gearing it will work fine. Axles are 5.13 and I don't have any problems.

    No this style not optimal on xj. Fuel tank is behind axle. Build a standard triangulated 4 link like Clayton off-road makes for the xj.

    It’s ironic how this Comanche owner doesn’t consider himself an Engineer!? After all the fabrication his dad and him have done... ppl put way way too much value on a piece of paper. He’s done more fab work than most engineers fresh outta school
