Is there reason why you are using CA glue instead of regular cement for polystyrene which "melts" the parts to each other? I found connections made with CA sometimes become brittle and even break under load while properly cemented parts will stick together forever.

I prefer the quick drying of the other glue and it makes a stronger bond than the cement. I was also having issues where I was having to use so much cement that it was disfiguring some pieces and they still wouldn’t hold together. I have started using it again recently though with better results.

@@allamericantravels That are some valid points for the useage of CA glue. But sometimes it can also an advantage if the connection is somewhat reversible in the first minutes when one must realize that one has glued the wrong parts together... ;-)
