Mike ur a badass with these machines man, it’s awesome! I bought a 02 660 in March and it needs attention. Finance’s got tough fight after so now I’m starring at it. It needs about 1,000 in parts. So ur builds give me inspiration in the mean time. Keep up the good work Mike👍 Do have a eBay page?

teaching in a class doesnt make much sense anymore, why teach to a small group of people for very little money, when you can impart your knowledge to millions and be compensated correctly, his knowledge will remain on youtube longer than any memory of a class, and the barrier to watch and learn is a lot less, he will also inspire more people into atv's, being a mechanic, or even just making youtube videos.

Man I really appreciate the fact that you went and added the edit about how you forgot the seal for that roller bearing… it shows some great humility and that you’re doing this to help people and not just stroke your ego. Great video MS, keep ‘em coming bro! Edit: Can’t wait to watch the sleeve get pressed in, the engine finished, and just how it turns out in general. The graphics are going to look SICK man, love the colors! I’m actually buying my first ever BRAND NEW bike in about 2 weeks after my next hitch offshore. And yeah, after riding quads and sport bikes for over 10 years, I’m finally “settling down” and buying a brand new Rubicon. Got a kid now so I need something I can take him on to get him excited about the trails and bikes in general. We go ride at Sabine ATV park down south here and I feel I owe it to him to show him what it’s all about.

Hey Mike! Wow mate, it looks like heaven to have all the parts cleaned, painted & prepped ready to go, laid out on your bench like that! The colour schemes look fantastic, both engine & bodywork. The partly assembled engine looks absolutely beautiful! As I have said before - "It's bloke's bling!". One thing though - I never actually saw you install the counter shaft oil seal you talked about. Did you forget? I hope not, but if so, here's your reminder ok? I love the video Mike even though I have never owned an atv or motorcycle. Watching what you do makes me want to get into this sport/hobby/obsession, but I will just have to continue to be a keen & jealous spectator. Cheers.

I've also watched the Quadzilla, Trail and Play Banshee, and Grape Ape builds in the few days since subscribing. Taking a POS and turning it into something for everyone to be jealous of like you do is somehow... mesmerizing. But I have to say, during this build my OCD causes me a tremendous amount of anxiety every time is see the color difference between the green on the seat and the nerf bar nets! Another trick you can try for the liner is welding down the length of the liner bore in multiple spots. The weld shrinks the liner and makes removal much easier. It's somewhat commonplace when rebuilding industrial engines that use dry liners. Love the content man, I enjoy seeing you resurrect quads anyone else wouldn't take the time to even consider.

I resurfaced a viking 700 cylinder head that kept blowing head gaskets. Used a 1/4" plate glass with 400 grit sandpaper. Worked really good, no more head gasket failures.

Having a background in law enforcement, the ones that are stolen and later recovered are returned to the owners prior to being crushed. That is if the owner provided the VIN number to police at the time of the theft report. When a stolen vehicle is recovered (given the VIN number is still intact) an officer will run the VIN number through NCIC which will inform the officer that the vehicle was stolen. At that point it is returned to the rightful owner.
