There is noting better then seeing explained how the equipment is setup for real situations broadcast. That is so much better then a broadcast about some Black magic equipment. I appreciate that as well but this video here has so much additional value.

Wow! I'm really impressed at the high production value! It's amazing how coordinated it is! It genuinely rivals (and even surpasses in some cases) established TV productions I was wondering if you could make an in-depth video on the data gathering for the live graphics?
This is amazing! Such a high production value for the show, and it really pays off. Great setup, and well thought out!

Amazing video showing the behind the scenes of an actual show. I was so wrapped up in this as I watched it. The only thing missing was even a little bit of a breakdown of the audio chain being used...mics, interfaces, recording etc. Definitely looking forward to more videos like this.
Just when I didn't think this account couldn't get any better, you roll out a whole F1 broadcast setup! Thank you for all of your insight over the years, I broadcast a radio show that is streamed to Fb/KZread at the same time -- your KZread videos made it all possible!
Wonderful walkthrough! Thank you so much!
Really cool, thanks for sharing!

this is an absolutely brilliant setup👍
Great video. Thank you very much. Always great to see how the atem mini (extreme) is used other then just for presenting the black magic products themself. My set is not as complete and tidy as yours yet but in general it is the same idea. The biggest difference is that I made the mini extreme part of the "desk" so for the real camera switching during a live broadcast (or live switching recording), I hit the actual buttons on the extreme. I chose that because less equipment in between feels fale-safer. I also use one mini computer for the Atem and Behringer control software and for video playback. One additional laptop to watch the stream and of course a router and switch to have my own network. Absolute great to see how good your whole technical set and stage (lighting) works. LOVE the idea of auto-changing lighting to make the stage even more interactive. Thank you for sharing this.

Nice job... :-) amazing!
Amazing how much goes into KZread for top tier content, really goes under the radar
dude this is epic. you are amazing.
Outstanding, this is a killer solution! My first rack build had similar components, but wasn't nearly as well thought out for ease of use and flexibility, while keeping all of the professional features and connections accessible. The other biggest feature in the overall size, with such a small footprint this solution could fit in wider range of venues. The overall mobility for both road and air travel make this system very ideal for remote production. If only there was a wireless version of this build that would still allow camera control, then the possibilities would be endless.
nice set up.. 👌🏻

Great video. I noticed all of the SM7Bs are upside down, they look really good if you flip them in their bracket. It hides the cable underneath so looks much cleaner on cam.
Excellent work Alex! Both in planning and implementing the setup, as well as explaining it! I noticed the different tripod markings on the floor for the (I suppose) different set backgrounds, clever! This is the kind of set that really puts into perspective how Blackmagic changed the game, a few years ago it would have cost a lot more to have the same features. And there's still room to grow, by switching to an SDI workflow someday if needed! (now I understand why there are so many exclamation points in BM's product pages 🤣)
@AlexPettitt
Жыл бұрын
Thanks so much. Glad to hear you enjoyed the video and found it useful. Yeah because the studio is used for 3-4 different shows each week, it definitely helps to have the tripod placements marked out on the floor with some coloured camera tape. I totally agree with you about Blackmagic and how they have really made this sort of thing accessible to more people... a few years ago it would have only been traditional broadcasters with huge budgets that could have this sort of setup :) Thanks for all your support!
Don't sleep on Blackmagic they know their stuff! great video!
Overkill
Bitfocus Companion is a god sent!! The ability to automate tasks just makes it so much more conducive for a small production team!
Amazing work! Are you planning to show how you come with the visual idea of the building set up. Like the table. Walls and lights. All the background design is amazing. Would be great to learn from this too. Amazing work!
Something you might want to have a play with; few months ago I started using the BirdDog Play as an input for fills, overlay, video playback etc; being fed either from OBS or any other NDI source; and allow for a roaming phone camera etc. Found it has simplified alot of stuff and reduced the apps I need to interact with down to OBS studio, Behringer Air and ATEM. It did have a 500ms to 1s delay for me but that could be because of the cheap touch screen laptop i used for the OBS feed.
Great video with ton of value 😍🙏 i would love to see how you work with live graphics and how you set that up 😁
Unreal set up! Very intrigued as to the source of the live data. Super interesting tho!
The money this kit costs is mind blowing. The stuff of dreams!

This is awesome, how are you sourcing the live data for the positions/data etc, and how do you create all the interactive graphics?
I find it interesting how OBS is now integrated into almost everyone's workflow, alongside stream decks. Stuff made for normal streamers, but a lot of professionals are using it for one thing or another, because it's incredibly versatile. I've seen it for capture cards, easy SDI output with the blackmagic cards, encoding, ...
Thank you for showing us the behind the scene. What kind of lenses do you use in those black magic cameras?
Great video! Do you have any setup tips on the lighting used and how it's setup on a grid for the best results on camera? Appreciate the videos you make, they've been super helpful.
