Building the Ultimate 1000hp A90 Toyota Supra With Steph Papadakis

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Making 1000hp these days is a cakewalk. All the right ingredients are right there for you to find online. But making 1000 ponies *reliable*, on a brand new platform, all while smashing that rev limiter relentlessly - now that’s where the build skills come in. And if you’re building a fast Toyota in the U.S., you know exactly where to go: Papadakis Racing. Steph and Betim get into what makes this thing rip.

With the amount of BMW specialty tools it needs to be worked on properly, regular people would still rather opt for a regular Japanese engine instead. The few cars that sold will have bolts-on at best.

You can tell Betim was a little rigid and nervous at the beginning, but once he was able to use his own racing/development experience to ask some poignant questions, he loosened up a little bit. Looking forward to seeing more hosting from him as he gets some more experience under his belt.

You can tell he's got a fairly good grasp of the technical stuff and shows genuine interest in it, which i'm sure makes it easier for the other part to get real in depth and nerdy. The questions asked and the answers given were articulated in such a way that it was technical without being over the head of the casual enthusiast.
