Nice work Hunter but I think I would have started with either a reefer box or built one out of cold room panels. The insulation rating is then as good as it gets for both temperature or sound.

Suggestion: Add some cameras outside and wire them into one or two flat screens inside made to look like you have windows when you're inside. You don't loose the stealth, security, and R value of a solid wall, but you gain some insight into what's happening outside.

Thanks to Mr. Goodrich Senior for joining. Throughout the last few years, I have fantasized about doing just that; building a mobil home at the back of a cabover. In Denmark, you are not allowed to drive a truck this size for fun, and nobody gets away with that level of modifying any vehicle and driving it. On top of that, I have never learned metal working. I am OK at woodworking, but not metal. So for me it will only be a fantasy. Watching you do it, is very interesting and entertaining. I can tell, that your filosophy behind building is very similar to mine; function before looks/beauty. It has to work well and be sturdy, and looking good is a fortunate side effect in most parts. Taking time to make thevat all times exposed part/corner nice, makes sense. I am looking forward to seeing the next video and at some point the finished car. Good luck 👍👍👍.☀️☀️👍👍 👍

2003, for our ExpeditionVehicle, we insulated with: * adhesive-back acoustic on the walls and ceiling, a gap, then * one-inch pink-board, another air-gap, then * two-inch foil-side poly. . Our windows are 3010 (three feet wide by a foot tall) dual-pane sliders designed for a stand-still house. We mounted these at our eye-level standing inside, about eight feet above pavement. . . An aside: After a half-century of make-do camping in lesser rigs, we are founding members of the No! Holes! In! The! Roof! club.

Your Pa looks like he could be your brother. It looked like he used BX for the wiring and that is very smart, BX is designed so it can flex and move some, romex is not. Probably to late but you may want to wire in some cameras, on the back for backing and sides help backing and if you wake up you can see if it is a racoon or a person making noise. If it is a possum you want to chase it off it will chew on any wiring it can find, but they eat ticks and bugs so I never hurt them. Stay safe and healthy.

I have a tiny house I am living in . I am almost done with it. Be sure to think about and install allot more storage than you think you will need, and make dual purposes and for things as much as you can ,have things fold into differnt positions etc. Because I have learned on my journey you can never have enough storage. I can hardly wait to see what you could come up with if you take alittle extra time to think about storage and multipurpose items like you were saying install bed that you can put up if needed above your desk etc. If you have time watch a few Tiny House Nation shows and see how Zack does things for multi-purpose. I think it will give you a few ideas and get your mind thinking about how to best use your space and then with your creative mind and ability you will come up with allot of ideas that will make the most of your space! Maybe some hidden storage etc. See you on the next video!
