    I'm 15 In year 10 and I think I would want to become a brick layer looks really cool plus as I do construction for some of my lessons

    Great to see a builder taking pride in their work. Very refreshing indeed and such a contrast to the cowboys that self certify their own very poor work (under those inadequte schemes such as Fensa ).

    That 2 course split breaks up the expanse of brickwork very nicely. I was wondering what you were on about, when you were talking about split courses. But it works. Was that your artistic license or the architects lol. Class work.

    Got a question for you stu regarding weep holes when doing a new extension if the out side is to be rendered or pebbledash do you leave them sticking out more so they be level to the finish or do they come in different sizes.

    Lovely bit of brickwork. Are the raked out joints the customers choice, or your preferred way of pointing? Either way it compliments those bricks nicely

    gave the customer the option of soldiers and she didnt want it also she wanted the splits in so your opinion doesnt matter david, i say this to everyone now who fires their opinion, its what the customer prefers and chooses not the people that watch the video but thanks anyway bud

    @@Stucrompton1 Bit of a harsh response Stu. He went on to pay his respects to your work - he just had a different opinion. Nowt wrong with that. If that's what the customer wants then that's what they get. No need to tell him his opinion doesn't matter. It you extrapolate that approach there is potential for people to stop engaging with your channel. At the same time you will end up with respondees that only agree with your opinion - and IMHO that's not healthy for you or public discourse.

    Proose they are peepweeps to let any water out if it was the get inside the cavity it would run down the damp tray and out of those but they should never have to do their job if so you’ve got abit of problem with water getting in somewhere

    Hi stu I have a question I'm trying to get into the trade I've done brick lying in college 3 years (entry to level 2) and had some experience on site as a hod for a while and then a improver. I was recently (2 weeks ago) working as a improver loveing life but unfortunately the job after a couple of months got let go. I've been really struggling to find sites that take improvers on and I'm feeling just really deflated with it all. Do you have any tips or pointers for me? I'm based in london 20 minutes from central and there are untold builds but no one seems to wakt improvers. Thanks stu loving the videos!!
