Ep 2 on our series of building deadlift strength. The Farmer walk/carry can be used with dumbells, Trap Bar, weights or logs. This exercise builds up your Posterior chain, in addition to maximizing and increasing grip strength. These work together to help you increase your deadlift. Due to you being able to have better grip strength when lifting heavier loads and your body being able to stay tight and strong, withstanding the pressure making it a walk in the park for you on your next deadlift day!
