Building a Vibrating table
Building a Vibrating table, used to vibrate our brick molds, I want to have stronger bricks, and save the workers having to do this labour intensive part trying to vibrate/agitate each brick, we do this to remove voids/space of air in the mold and to compact them to make a denser heavier and stronger brick.

Im assuming (please correct me if I have assumed wrong) the rubber for the between the table I would use something like a strip of car tyre or even a rubber door stop. The plastic molds we bought via Alibaba.com LYA-400,-200, and -100 Molds, from Zhengzhou LYA Machinery Co., Ltd
What is motor connected to that is making the table vibrate

We are borrowing the motor thats used on the hollow brick machines, if you need the exact details let me know and ill see if I can get Joann to take a picture for the details
Too much water in the mix, slurry runny. Best practice is 30 to max. 50% water to cement by weight and since you are vibrating the lower water ratio. Good video though.

The motor came from the hollow block machine, you could use a washing machine or tumble drier motor with the correct chain/cog combination as they will be slightly less powered
