Vanville is a very well oiled machine so to speak, no I did not design this. The company that hired Vanville designed this structure. My job was to assist Jon in Layout and having parts and pieces in place for they guys to assemble and weld.

Awesome job all the way around, amazing what can happen when everyone is working together and going in the right direction. Too bad our government can’t do that. Thanks for sharing Steve and hope you have a blessed week my friend.

Thanks John. I agree!
A fun project for sure. It should be able to support a bunch of weight. Was this all done in a day?

It sure was a lot of fun. We walked in to a big open floor and 2 semi loads of steel, walked out 10 days later with the structure completed. Jon and his crew made a return trip to put the paint booth and oven portions on later, I had a building commitment of my own and wasn’t a part of the next phase.
Impressive.

Even more so when you’re standing next to it. Thanks Matt.
Man, that is nice. I can't imagine what that would cost with current steel prices. Great job 👍

Yeah I have no idea what the cost was, I’m sure I’d be shocked to know.
That's a nice job! Looked like everything went pretty smoothly! How long did it take start to finish? I'd like to have one of those Milwaukee metal circular saws, I've seen them cut some crazy steel here on youtube but I don't think I need one enough to justify it. At least not yet...Thanks for the cool video Steve! Hope you have a good week!
@AnglesideFarm

I’d love a saw like that too, my carpenter mindset says you don’t cut steel with a circular saw.....but there it is! Thanks Evan
I wasn’t familiar with what that was. So I looked it up.

What did you find out? I didn’t have the time to help them finish it up but it is a 2 story structure that accommodates the painting and drying of a long assembly line of automotive parts.

@@AnglesideFarm , that is basically what I discovered. It is a very fancy name for something used for storage. It just sounds a bunch more sophisticated than saying storage rack 🤣
