Looks fantastic! I’ve also recently got the airport dlc and I love using the cargo road for all my industry main roads. Just looks so much more full and compact

For the new downtown, you should make the beach kind of like Waikiki beach in Honolulu Hawaii. Keep the part where no water is kind of short but make the water depth waist level. Keep it waist level for about 150 yards. Aka very shallow water

That's a fun name! I like the shallow part. I have never been to Hawaii but the beaches in Florida are like this. You can wade out into them for a while and it's still shallow and warm.

yea. I just thought of something as well. The perfect spot for this would actually be on the top right of the screen at 0:37. If you look at google maps of Waikiki beach, it curves and then there is a non-active volcano. You should keep this beach how it is with todays build or do what ever your want, but with the next beach you do, you should make a small replica of Waikiki beach, Honolulu, Hawaii. If you want, you can check google maps for a briefing on what it looks like, but I will try my best to explain. You should start with the beach front of course with the very shallow water. Then the first road next to the beach front is a avenue. On the closest part to the beach of zoning, you make it all high rises and hotels, the farther part of the avenue zoning would be a bunch of low commercial and high residential. Then after that you make a bunch of connected small roads that go back. Maybe 4-6 blocks of small roads mixed with low commercial and low/high residential. Then after about 4-6 blocks, a big river that runs down parallel to the ave/small streets but of course 4-6 blocks back. If you can/want, you should make the river run through whole city, if possible go to crater lake. Behind that river, you then also add a bunch of small and high residential, and low commercial.

I really like it! Another suggestion, at the end of every intersection,on the beach side you could make it a point of interest, like the lazaret plaza, move it over just a bit. Maybe a statue at the other intersection? && I’m watching your other series 😏

You're building a lot of good and big parking lots, but nobody is using it. It would be more realtistic, if you enable Realistic parking AI :)

It is kind if sad to see them not being used. Sadly I try not to use parking A.I. as it really makes a mess of some core game mechanics. In order to do it properly there would need to be a mechanism that forces some people do drive even though mass transit is a better option. As this would be more realistic. Turning it on makes everyone prefer mass transit. Thank you for the comment! If they ever change this I would be willing to use it : )
