Love the door man. I'm gathering up ideas for how to upgrade our new house as well. This would work perfect for our bathroom door. I currently hate it and it's always getting in the way with how it opens.

Thanks for this Vid! Been wanting to do a sliding door for my Mudroom.
You have inspired me, the design is very similar to a South Pacific Island Tribal Tattoo/Design. I will be incorporating this around my home renovations. Just Awesome

Just bought a new home. Looking for new ideas and came across your page. You have a ton of great ideas! This door is Awesome!! It was fun watching you build it. You did an amazing job brother. Take care and thank you for the ideas and tips
Awesome job! I like this a lot! It's simple and very aesthetically pleasing. I literally just bought a used circular saw 2 weeks ago and is the only tool I have apart from my drill and driver. I think I can do this with my very limited tools! I'm a total beginner but this was very easy to follow. I guess I can rent a brad nailer from HD.
Awe man. I just found your channel and I'm moving into a new home with my partner so now I want to make everything!!! Love the content though man 👍
I’m 17 so I can’t really work on my house. But you’ve inspired me to learn all this stuff so I can do this when I get my own house in the future.

Kanishka Roy I learned by helping friends and family with their projects. First was a circular brick patio then reroofing my sisters and brother in laws house. Reading up on/watching videos helps and having places like Pinterest to go for inspiration...I no longer have to keep twenty years worth of Sunset magazines in a closet. Have fun, wear protective gear and save the beer for the end of the day.
Such a good modern spin on the barn door. Love it!
Came out great, thinking of doing this for my kids closet doors. Looking at possibly staining in different shades to the angles
So talented! I wouldn't be surprised if you and our wife went into business together, you design the furniture pieces and she sets up the spaces that give people a vision of how it would look in their home.
You should do a house tour video from what your house use to look like to now. I bet it’s a huge difference but it would be an amazing video!
Looks good! I like the aesthetic you’re going for
Wow! You make it look so easy! I really want to do this now just smaller for my closet.

Gorgeous door man, I love your channel and always get a ton of ideas from you! Thank you!
You make everything so easy and full of fun 👍🏻
Man... that looks ridiculously good. What a great job.
Looks fantastic, you can feel proud.
Joiner here, a little tip when your mitre saw won't cut a sharp enough angle. You can place a wedge or peice of timber between the fence and the timber you are cutting. That way your timber is resting at a sharper angle to the blade and would save time next time you need to cut a load of angled cuts.
Very nice addition to your bathroom! I like your design and craftiness! Good stuff
Nice job. Looks clean and modern.

Well when you're in the trade for a living, you're only making as much money on how efficient and timely you are. Which a big portion of that has to do with how good your tool is for the job.
@Jack_Of_Some_Master_Of_None

@@anand8905 Yup, I have done a lot of home DIY stuff, and have not had the proper tools because I didn't want to go out and spend 500 dollars on something. With trying to work around it, mistakes, and starting over, I end up spending just as much, or more, if I would have just purchased/rented the tool. Not to say you need all the tools above, you don't. But the quality may not be as good.

I feel like the wood was thick enough to embed a mirror into the back as well idk maybe might be too much mirror depending on the bathroom but its be cool to have a full mirror that sits flush with the wood

Very nice job! Looks great!
Very cool. I've installed a bunch of barn doors on master ensuites. I don't recommend on any other bathrooms due to the lack of privacy with it being off the wall.
The door is amazing
Thank you very much. Now I know exactly how to make my door.
made this door and beat it up to look like an old saloon door, looks great and I get tons of compliments. Thanks for the great idea. would send pics but not too tech savy
Love the look of the door, very cool. I was thinking of doing this with two bedroom doors in my house.. I think it would be easy enough, but I'm worried it will look odd with only half the doors on the second floor being that way.. (The bathroom and 3rd bedroom wouldn't have room for a door to slide)
Man. You're so smart. God bless you
Hi ... I liked your work very much ... I am from Saudi Arabia
Awesome door design, enjoyed this video!
Quality work as always ..love your content
I'm glad I watched this one. I almost didn't, just b/c I didn't care for the design of the door in the thumbnail. But I learned some good tips in the way you designed the door. Mostly saw how easy it was to create such an expensive looking design. Question, at night, if someone is in the bathroom and the bedroom is dark, is there much light bleeding around the edges? I'd love to do this in my master, but the current position of the bed would shine light on my wife's face if there is much bleeding from the edges. Great video!
Great build, will apply this to our pantry door
This is so cool and creative you're cool to watch
Yo, awesome project. That looks dope! I like the hexagon shelves on your staircase. I think I may have to make those for my wife. 🤙🏼👊🏻✌🏻
Brilliant professional job. New to the channel and definitely subscribed. Love the channel.
I love this door! I'm thinking of a similar build for my pantry. Do you have a recommendation for the rails for bypass doors?
Awesome job man! Might steal your door idea for my house.
Beautiful barn door
It’s gorgeous! 😍
Good job it’s good to see and learn something from you thank s alot
i highly recommend getting soft closing for barn doors like these, its so much nicer
Super love this.
Cool project! I just about had a heart attack when you said the can of Minwax was only about $7. Up here in Manitoba, Canada it's more than double! I may have to start smuggling spray paint and wood stains across the border!

That is absurd to have to pay that much. Is there any other stuff you could use that would be similar cost?
@Golden_Mustang
4 жыл бұрын
R Roman I agree. It is totally absurd, but unfortunately kind of the way it is up here. Hundreds of products cost more and the companies will always claim the increased sale price is due to exchange rates and customs. There are quite a few similar products, but unfortunately priced about the same or higher. 🤷🏼♀️
@Romanslost

@@Golden_Mustang that's a shame, because even when I was in Alaska at one point in my life I don't ever remember certain products being that expensive. Just typical things like groceries and stuff like that. You should definitely start smuggling lol
