This one ☝️
One thing, Im a machinist that has repaired/made tapers, never oil a tapered shaft. It causes it to never tighten and the reason for tapers is the taper holds the flywheel from spinning. That oil/grease will cause sheared keys and more damage.

Do you work on other people stuff
To be honest I like the teal color you picked better than the vitos... that being said it is a resto build and whatever is closest to oem should be used, even if you can find one single shred of oem plastic even if it’s beat up and useless just for a side by side comparison that would be killer!! Keep up the good work my man!
Keyway locates the flywheel...friction of the taper holds it in place. Engine looks badass!!🤘🇺🇸
The sheer amount of work you put into your videos man is amazing. Makes me appreciate when you post videos. Learn so much from your videos. Thanks for doing this for our entertainment!

Can we appreciate the effort this man took to align the bolts
Loving this build. I was born in the mid 70s so the 90s were a big part of my formative years. Really digging the retro vibe of this build 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
By far my favorite engine you’ve done Mike. I’d like to see Hager’s face when meets this bad boy.
I appreciate the time it must have taken to line up all your bolts and fixings like that. Looked like the Roman Legions preparing for battle in the film ‘Spartacus’ Love your sense of humour too.
Your workmanship, attention to detail, and 'proper' assembly is top notch. Thanks for the inspiration!
best spring puller i have ever come by is an old lawn mower pull cord.... fits every where never slips and never gets stuck. started doing it when i worked on sleds. hell i have even used it to change drum brakes out and hood hinge springs on old cars. look into it!
Keep up the great videos man! You are literally the only person I’ve found on all of KZread that does step by step engine builds. I appreciate all the time and effort you put into these TRICK videos!
Can't wait to see everything together!! Great video Michael
Good work, lookin good, I also just purchased a 92 replica tank and rad shroud from vitos, looks blue in the video like you mentioned, dam I hope it's more teal colored in person, the pictures in their ebay ad looked alot more teal
Another badass build and video. Can't wait to see her finished!
Great job, your video's are nothing short of AWESOME.
Very nice, can’t wait for the next video
Great job loving the build!!
Just got my first banshee project. Dirt cheap and with a little TLC it fired right up and ran really well. Cant wait to dig into doing a complete redo on it! Your videos have been a great inspiration and resource the past few months!
Let's go!! Very excited about this motor!
Really cool to see how nice the Vito's plastics are. I dealt with Vito himself back in the day when they were just a small engine shop with one of the little black and white square ads in the back of dirtwheels and 3&4 wheel action. He took the time to talk to me about banshee and blaster build philosophy and explained the thought and engineering that went into his Vito's power pistons. We ran one of them in a customer's Blaster and it made a huge difference. Really cool to see they are still in the game and have branched out as far as plastics which is a huge deal. I wouldn't know where to start! Awesome!
Love the chanel bro !! You have really improuved yourself over the years as a video maker! I was watching your first video last night and you can't compare with the last ones. All.the work you did. Top quads, all the projects. Awesome work man. Its nice to have some buddys like you who still make content for our passion. Hope you'll continue over the years to come !! Watching you from Montreal bud 🤟
I have always enjoyed watching your videos man. By sheer coincidence I am wrapping up a banshee engine build of my own that has been going on very slowly over the past three years. As in many cases, life and family must take priority over hobbies but the one thing that has kept me going and pushing to finish my build is watching your videos. I have taken many of your reviews and opinions on products to help my setup be the best that I can make it. Keep up the great work and keep two strokes alive.
Another job well done!
man i feel like a true addict every time i see a vid pop up of yours, feels like its been forever and i can't get enough. grate video as always man, you put so much work into your builds it shows.
Well this is getting more and more exciting! Cant wait to see the roller now!
Yesssss!!! It’s finally here. I’ve been waiting to long for this video

Dude finding u on you tube was the best thing to happen in my life bro for real I'm a recovering heroin addict. I love quads and turning wrenches my dad whould set my baby carrier on a old mother and take me to work with him iv literally had a wrench in my hand since birth but iv started a atv UTV dirt bike repair shop it's small now but I hope to build a biz that's oniest and I can pass on to my kids but it's cuz u have shown me that sport quads are still a thing thanks and love your vids keep em coming man
Watching this video has defiantly given me some knowledge and made me more comfortable tackling my banshees
Hey man i would like to thank you for all the great content. I just bought and rebuilt my first quad and your videos help me a lot on understanding how to do so properly so thank you🤘🏻
Love the videos man. I get excited every time you post and I’m constantly checking your page for new videos. You really inspired me to get into quads.
This banshee is going to look beautiful, great video Sabo!
Man your build videos are like no other I love watching them very educational and entertaining looking forward to your next one. Hope you have a great day
Hey Michael, I wanted to thank you for actually inspiring me to go out and restore a quad! I watched the video on the $900 400ex and it made me want to find a quad. I bought a 2000 Yamaha Warrior brought it back to its former glory
Michael i gotta say i love your videos your videos are unique never seem a lot like em theres a bit of laughs there is a bit of annoyance but in the end it all works out well thanks for these amazing videos
Love your channel man.. it's so informative but like fun at the same time. Machines always come out so damn sick bro..!💯🤘🤘💪
Great video. Thanks from japan
Nice Video I love how well you build all of your quads love the videos.
Love the work 👍
Beautiful work as always. I say you have the engine building thing down pretty good
Damn, really wanted to hear it run 😂😂
Looks pretty cool
Looking good buddy
I'm a recent sub and like your work ethic and style. Growing up I had a Blaster, Outgrew it and always wanted a Banshee!! Has that nostalgia for me. Loving it!!
Awesome Sabo video on a Saturday night..🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
I dig that break percentage cool idea
She turned out sweet Mike, your attention to detail is on point
Can't wait for the video series compilation👍🏼
Lol watching this at night and trying to keep my eyes opened. Great content keep up the great work 🙂👍💯
Your vids are amazing so entertaining
Sick!
Awesome build man keep it up
Nice job on your build!!! I use to do all my own port work. You can make it run ok, but absolutely not optimal. I now have CNC cases, cylinders and head. It's crazy the extra horsepower you make by being able to perfectly have the right amount of material gone and shape of the 3 pieces so matched up as one.
love your stuff have convinced me to build my own 250r (boot laces are the best for pipe springs use them on snowmachines!) love the banshee!
hell yeah that's gonna be a beast
I’ve seen a 92 in person because my buddy owns one, they definitely look more teal in person those vitos plastics look kinda off. Your color matched a little better id say it’s about in between those 2 colors
badass always cool to see your work bro!
Lookin sweet 🔥👊🏼
Heck yeah it should be love the video keep up the great work
Always a pleasure watching you work brother! 🙌🏻🤘🏼

Great Stuff... Just pulled the Banshee out of the shed for some mods and tinkering. bought it new in 97, one great piece. it might have 200 hours on it. im almost afraid to do much modification on the engine, its flat out runs so well. fukn plugs have always burned golden brown. Alot of your very good video tho has showed me a few things i could do . Thanx much!
Sweet build Sabo keep it up like watching your videos
Keep up the work
Your organization of hardware and attention to detail continues to grow . Keep up the good work SABO
brother you are the greatest at building these engines and four wheelers and your sponsors have to be proud the multiple shout outs they get you definitely deal with the best of the best and you're not afraid to get in there and modify anything you're a freakin Beast brother💪🏽💪🏽❤ keep it twisted brother🤙🏽🤙🏽
At the cycle shop I worked at many moons ago, we would put the mag in the toaster to get a very, very tight fit on the tapper. Your doing an awesome job. Wish I still had my banshee
Nice freaking work bro keep up the good work.
Beast!!!
Sick motor. I’m building a 421 Cheetah Cub but always love to see your look with all the builds. That serval is gonna rip.
Engine looks clean AF
great job!!!!!!!
Take the plastics out into the daylight, or replace your fluorescents with full-spectrum tubes or LEDs to film the actual colors of the plastics.
The last two days I've been checking to see if you uploaded a new vid or not an I wasn't getting the notifications but nope wasn't that lol. So happy you posted a new vid.
It's gonna be a Rock Star.
It looks like its a great OEM plus look
I NEED those headlights
Screw that..i give it 10 out of 10 dude..its sick looking..im stoked cant wait to see it completed
Mike that pink is sick af bro🤙🏻
It's funny...I love this channel and also 2vintage, but it's world's apart when it comes to rebuilding engines and I know it's because his channel does quick flips. Your channel is more like OCD medication and I love that!
I LOVE your videos Mr. Sabo. Yous a Bamf.
That’s a bad ass machine
Thank you
I do not ride motorcycles or quads, never learned to actually. I never had the want. That being said I still don't but I never miss an episode of your show as I find them extremely entertaining and inspiring. Keep up the great work bud. You do killer stuff
The engine has a Harley Davidson look to it. Especially with the black hardware. To go with the headlights. Awesome 😎
Love your vids!!!.. thank you for not blasting rap music, or talking like you're some kind of gangsta or any of the other annoying stuff most of the other guys do, appreciate it very much
I had to google a 92 and your painted plastic s look a whole lot closer
Let’s gooooooo baby!!! New vid
