Hey Sam. Love this build. It's amazing. I have one suggestion for realism. For the buoys, they should one of two things. Yellow to indicate an area of caution. That's a special purpose buoy. Or they should be red and green. So I imagine that Al Sammor is based on a middle east style city. The middle East conforms to a system called IALA A (IALA - International Association of Lighthouse Authorities). IALA A (vs IALA B) says that when you are returning from sea you will have red buoys on your left side and green buoys on your right side. (IALA B is the opposite). So my suggestion is change the buoys to red and green. Great city. I can't wait for each new episode. So great to watch and very inspiring. Thanks a lot!

There’s a bridge like this where I live called the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao bridge. It’s the longest sea crossing in the world, cost millions of dollars to build and is used by about... no one. Not even before corona. Many Hongkongers consider it the biggest tax waste of our money yet, and many more think it acts like an “umbilical cord” connecting Hong Kong to China. But this bridge is great!!

I like the realism and character of a bridge tunnel instead of a long tunnel in this city. IRL, there are several bridge-tunnels near the American city of Norfolk, Virginia, constructed to allow naval vessels to exit the Chesapeake Bay if the bridge is attacked, and as a cheaper alternative to a long tunnel to serve that purpose.

Sam, great job. On the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Tunnel, on one of the four man made islands is a fishing pier, gift shop, and restaurant. It sits in the middle of the mouth of the bay. The two sets of tunnels were built because a bridge could be used by saboteurs to block the entrance to the bay which houses the USNavy bases. Its kind of surreal fishing there when an air craft carrier slips by just feet away. Thank you for doing the episode. Cheers.

Not first! Wait I am. Here's the good comment you were looking for: Sam, here's the things about bridges and tunnels. Tunnels are supposed to have little turns, which should all be light. The underwater tunnel resembles the Hong Hum Tunnel in Hong Kong, which is a great representaion. The bridges should stay straight for longer stretches of water and only curve on land or barely above ground or when they get to an island. I like what you did there. So far, Al Sammor is looking really good. Keep it up!

Here in Australia "Buoy" is usually pronounced Boy (or simply called a (Where X is the type of buoy i.e. Port, Starboard, channel, etc) A [X] Marker, or in a Yacht Race it's simply (Depending on the course but usually with a Olympic Triangle course, Where X = Top, Bottom, Leeward or Windward) "The [X] Mark", but the Yanks tend to pronounce "Buoy" something like 'Booee'.

In this case the Øresund Bridge between Sweden and Denmark. Maybe you can even make it a thing where you build something complex in CS and tell about the real world design. I'm not sure if you can work with something like Google maps without copyright problems however.
