Build a Halloween Coffin
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
In this video I build aHalloween "Toe Pincher" coffin. I built this for a customer who wants to use it for a decoration prop. It turned out great.
I used my Castle pocket cutter to make the pocket holes to join the frame together. www.castleusa.com/products/tsm...
I have drawn an accurate "as-built" Sketchup model you can download here: www.redneckdiy.com/downloads/c...

CNC Router Parts is unrolling theirs. I am getting one of the first ones and will help with their documentation and such and get some content out there. I'm really excited to get this thing.
I'm ready to buy the plans from but I needed to know with the way you built it how much does it weigh? Four of us need to be able to carry it about 1 mile , (with nothing in it)
Thank you very much, I now have tool envy!
Great Craftsmanship....Thanks for sharing!

Definitely not a mentor ! hahaha But someone who would toss back a beer or 12 or maybe and preferably a bottle of whiskey with you. LOL ! And hey man.....what's up with the trucker caps ? You got them for sale yet ? ? ?
That circular saw guide is neat. Will it work for any saw or just that saw?
My wife's been bugging me to build one...maybe to put me in it? lol I didn't get the reference to green tools. Somebody doesn't like green tools? Great video!

Good to hear from you Kortt. The "green tools" are the expensive Festool tools. Some folks give me grief over having them. :-)
How much to build that
Beautiful construction. I'd be proud to be buried in it.
Nice work Feddie! On another note though, I was wondering if you have plans for the miter station you built and if so how can I get them.

Thanks for checking it out Edison. I really appreciate it. I don't have as built plans but in the video description box I have I link to my website where you can go download the Sketchup file that someone else did. Also, if you will send me an email I think I have a PDF of the original Fine Working edition where it was written up that I can send you. blazingnailgun@gmail.com
Looking for the sketch up design but the link doesn't work. Is there a way i can still get it?
Is it weird to say that I want a coffin to sleep in as my bed😂
Nice! Would this be strong enough to carry a person in?

That came out awesome I like all the different joinery techniques you use and if I don't have a certain tool there is always another joint that can be used. And until you own the " green tool" and feel the difference don't complain. And I always like domino joinery so keep up the awesome work!!!

That turned out awesome! I made one a few months ago for an exhibit here in Vegas. They wanted it to look like it had been in the ground for 100 years so it involved beating the crap out of it and charring it with my weed burning torch. Yours might be a little too nice for my enemies hahaha

Thanks for watching, Ozz!
how much would that cost?
My daughter wants me to build her a coffin bookcase and I think this design of a frame and skin would not only look nice but also be structurally sound to stand on the "toe" end and hold shelves. I'd add a little platform under the "toe" for stability, but you get the idea.

I need one of those for my party how much bud
Do you make those for sale. I'm actually looking for one myself. I don't have a lot of time, nor a lot of money, and standard coffins are way out of my price range.

Thanks for watching Patriot. Yes, I will take commissions for anything I make. This is not an inexpensive build though. A lot of time and materials. If interested in talking then send me an email and we'll discuss. fred@redneckdiy.com.

Do you sale this can i get the price ?
It's not the cough that carries you off its the coffin they carry you off in 😁 that was a great build and loved that you give dimensions unlike a few 1000 other "instructional" videos on KZread, did you sell it to your neighbors or was it a Halloween gift ?
LOL "The Shocker Stick"

Only in this world would a man giving away some knowledge and inspiration have to apologise for the tools he uses never ceases to amaze me how pathetic and childish people can be. I only use those green tools they're amazing ya get what you pay for and i bought one of those mimi mite 4's based on your review its brilliant couldn't be happier with it. keep up the great work man. cheers
