That still looks an impressive tractor today by modern standards. It has nice clean lines and a good shape about it, a real working tractor. Great to see this excellent video of it at work.

Very cool to find one made in the window when they were still painted blue. l did four seedings in a 9882 that was bought new in March 1998, it'd only done a day's work when l first drove it. Great tractor, simple but very comfortable to spend a 12 - 14 hour shift in.

It’s an interesting piece of 4wd history that is a fairly rare item to see.

I love 4 wheel drive new holland tractors, im not sure why but they have always held a spot in my heart

It is. They sure have jumped up in price over the past twenty years.

At first I thought It was a New Holland but them I saw it was a Versatile. I have a toy Case IH true Tandem tillage implement just like the one in this video.

This tractor was built in Winnipeg

The point is those tillage tools have to be worked at that speed to be effective. High speed implements aren’t as uncommon as you’d think. Since at least the 60s, many tractor manufacturers advertised working speeds going up to around 7 mph
