Gabriel Thompson He doesn't wear a turban. He's just an Englishman who happens to be a descendant of a rich family. These cars weren't worked hard for. He just inherited the money to spend on them. I just wish people with these sums of money bought cars like the Tesla Model S rather than some hideously inefficient supercar that chucks fumes out like no tomorrow. You probably gathered I'm not an advocate of internal combustion. It's the technology of yesterday.

Every country has its share of boring roads. Hilly areas always have the most twisty roads. English roads are actually quite well laid out and the sign postage is better than most countries... Or were you referring to the quality of the road surface?

This is fantastic, the Audi is a fast car in its own right but when the bugatti picked it's skirt up and bolted the Audi was dropped effortlessly, such a great demonstration of what power can do💪💪

Yes absolutely, interesting to see a 'normal' supercar against an elite

I will never get used to those Veyrons with such an agressive paint job, for me Veyrons have to had a 2 tone discreet paint, very according to the beauty and elegance of the car.

Doesn't matter, there are plenty of backroads where you can have fun with that kind of car without going (too much) over the speed limit. You can also bring it on the autobahn.

Notice a Ford Transit pickup trundles past at the beginning, then this 1000hp supercar pulls out and does not instantly catch up with the Transit. Transits... kings of the road

The wrap is promotion of their annual event to raise money for charity, what part of that is a disgrace?

I guess a V10 is no match for twin V8's. The V10 sounds sweet!

My father nearly purchased a F430 in 2007, he had his name on a waiting list and his exact model pre-ordered and ready to be built. He ended up taking his money back because he too felt it was a waste. I understand that perspective. Also, the '13 E550 coupe is one of the best car's I've ever had. I absolutely love it, worth every penny in my opinion. (Also it's not even THAT expensive in comparison to other cars) F50 GT is a true super car, I'll agree with you on that.

Dude should have skipped the paint/wrap job on the bugatti and painted his house instead

Glad some of u guys commented on the state of the roads, (these are some of the good bits believe it or not) I recognised it as my area and confirmed it by watching again and freeze framed at some road signs. I got myself a BMW S1000 RR last spring and can verify that in some places the surface is so bad that it wouldn't be even safe to blast past a Veyron or an R8 ;)

It may be the fastest car but it's far from the prettiest in my estimation. As for this specific Veyron though, no, I have to agree the paint doesn't do much for me either.

Hideous Veyron (ruined a nice car) I guess If you can afford a crib like that you can paint your car however you want.

Those gear shifts tho in the R8 sound BEAU TI FUL!!!

I can appreciate how you felt in your very nice R10 being left behind by the Bugatti as a good friend took me out on the back of his ZZR1100 a good few years back, after the ride, I decided to go out in my Lotus Elise which felt like a milk float :-(. It was that which triggered the upgrades and after nearly 4 years of having the car off the road its not far away now. Nice video Karl

I met a 4 year old boy who told me he likes Bugattis. When I was 4, I didn't know a Bugati existed.His mother said yeah he loves cars and trucks.

I gotta say this is this is one of the first uber super car vids that I can actually give a thumbs up to. Why? Because the drivers/owners aren't wreckless, careless, immature and impulsive in their respective driving habits. They, more or less, obeyed the posted speed limits and therefore afforded respect, safety and concern for their fellow motorists. HUGE THUMBS UP.

Hey fellas, that's not the actual paint job, it's a wrap promoting a cause and what better rolling billboard to promote it on than a Veyron that wherever it goes it's got everyone's full attention. The Veyron itself is wrapped in a Gulf-inspired livery, created by radio-controlled-car painter Ian Cook of PopBangColour and placed on the car to promote the Wilton Classic and Supercars event.

Nice bit of road up and down the A303 around Stonehenge :)

That'll be Lord Pembrokes Bugatti then, impressive to see it at speed.

a nice little sunday drive from Wilton house in Salisbury down the A303 turn off just before the speed camera and back to Amesbury then up the A303 past Stonehenge on the right through to Devises road and back to Wilton House ......lovely.. then you don't see it, but a couple of old ladies get out of the driving seat and go into Wilton House for afternoon tea. lol

Quick Veyron - but awesome sound on the R8 V10. What's the silvery car at 03:45 to be seen in the mirror between the Bug and the truck? Looks a bit like a Jaguar XJ220

That house is massive!

The 2 cars are in different leagues from each other. Both are VW yes but the veyron is around 20 times more expensive (Bugatti sell at a loss so forget the rrp). Super car v hyper car. No contest. The Bugatti is amazing and somewhat unrivaled in its abilities. It's borderline practical.

Bugatti is my favorite and my dream car

Thing with the Veyron engine is it is effortless performance.. It doesnt need to rev its nuts off.

Ive seen that exact bugatti, I have a photo of it when I went to a car show in 2013, the same number plate and I think it was at this place too, I went in august, I think the 4th of August

Veyron - for when getting stuck behind a lorry doing 55, sooner than the next guy, really, really matters.

Racing on public roads is foolish. But if you are, then this is not to bad. No weaving around traffic. But never never on tree lined, a bit of oil and it's all over

It runs 10.8's in the 1/4th mile. The 1968 HURST tuned Dodge Dart HEMI Super Stock has a 426ci HEMI engine, making 725hp, and the car runs high 9's in the 1/4th. For what it is, the Veyron is slower than a turtle in a straight line.

Thumz up for the mini castle they pull up to at the end....well the car dont cost more than the house!

They're in Wiltshire, England. The owner of the Bugatti is the son of someone who owns Wilton House, a large estate.
