I love that floor mat. I would take it and draw it out on some paper, and make a copy of it and make some rubber mats to match it and then place it in other places to have more mats that match.

The patio refresh is soooo charming The side board is amazing, it will provide storage space as well as a serving area. The potted flowers are beautiful. The lighted sconces are gorgeous, the black paint really enhanced their beauty! Enjoy your patio.

Whenever I paint, and I can't remember when it started, but you know the song "What a Difference a Day Made"? I always start thinking of that tune singing "What a Difference Some Paint Made"🎶😆

Paint is the powerhouse of quick, affordable transformations!

If you dont have a working sewing machine you can hem the table cloth with stitch witchery tape that melts with the heat of the steam iron.

The new lights, lattice and shutters really add a lot. Ive been collecting flower pots for awhile and love filling them all up in the spring. We have the same lights on our deck. This year I plan on spending a lot more time on the deck. We bought a Breeo and love having fires at night. Maybe think about a fire pit and a hammock.

I would have painted the aluminum part of your windows, white or black, then framed them with wide wood around. Also, a simple white wash on your brick would have changed the look with your shutters, very pretty green.

Amazing-again 😊 girl, your ideas are amazing and don't cease to amaze me. You asked what our favorite things are. Well for me. Number one of the power of paint number to the shutters and doors, number three. The lanterns and number four your ability to find these things and present them so nicely. I also really love the lattice work around the high vac unit cuz I've got two really ugly high back units!! I also really love the green. I'm going to paint my kitchen that color green!! I wouldn't attempt to paint my own house outside, and I've been stalling doing it inside for more than 7 years since I moved in because I just don't like to paint! I'm not handy either, and don't even think about trying to make my own screens, etc. But a few years back I got tired of looking at my ugly central AC compressor outside so I bought a 3-sided screen to fit around it, and it makes such a difference in the appearance of the garden bed where that unit is located - love it! I also bought some shutters a few years back to add some pizzazz to the front of my house, and they make such a difference. I love your ideas. They may be "tried and true" but they're "tried and true" because they WORK to help greatly step up curb (or backyard) appeal. I also loved hearing that Mr. Robin singing his mating song in the background throughout the video!

Great doable projects. For the cool drinks... Make limeade ahead or buy it, then freeze in icecube trays. This keeps the flavors strong and like regular ice, won't dilute the taste or texture. You can also freeze the cream ahead too. Once the warm weather hits I freeze coffee and tea cubes for the same reasons. Delicious, easy and always in ziplock freezer bags, ready to go. Thanks for sharing all these great spruce up the patio ideas. 👍🏻🇺🇸

Beautiful outdoor space! The shutters and screen door are my favorites! If you have lightening bugs in the area, use the twinkle lights sparingly,especially at dusk when they are out. The lights attract them and confuse them from their job of mating!

Oh my goodness this turned out just amazing!! I love it all so it’s hard to pick a favorite. I am going to go with the screen doors since I have a soft spot for them! I A nice rug will definitely soften the area up. I found a beautiful 2 seater metal glider with cushions in perfect condition last year on the curb! I even when to the door and checked since it was so nice lol. The lovely gentleman even helped me load it. I’ll be watching this again lol, blessings to you both

Everything turned out beautifully but my favorite is the screen doors with the gingerbread on them specially the main one.
