It's always awesome seeing Buddy making food. There is often nothing complicated about what he's making, and I can understand how many adults might think 'why put this on KZread'? But it's the best way to teach kids and teenagers how to make food instead of just expecting it be there. I've seen Buddy do things that a lot of adults I know can't even handle. Cheers to the Oliver family for spreading more awareness on food and where it comes from, and a lot of that goes to Buddy for stepping up and reaching out to kids!

Wonderful!!!! I used to read my two girls a book called "The man who cooked for himself". It is so important to teach children to cook!!! Fast food is so unhealthy. Occasionally it is fine but not every single day. TY Buddy beautifully done as always:*)

I very much enjoy watching Buddy cook. He's an inspiration for other kids to try their hand cooking.

Well done Buddy! Here's a tip... butter the top of one slice first and set it aside. After you load up the other side, put the sandwich together, flip it so the butter side is down and set it on the grill then butter the other before closing the top. Don't want to leave any of that lovely butter on the cutting board! Cheers!

My mom was an Aussie (war bride transported to the U.S.), & she would put almost *anything* between 2 pieces of bread. My dad had some weird (by most U.S. standards) lunches at work sometimes.

Oh, indeed! Aussie food culture, back then, was greatly influenced by the British. My Dad was a Scotsman and we adopted a lot of their post-war diet. Today, Melbourne (where I live) is the culinary capital of Australia. Our coffee is world-renowned!
