I get the plot but its mostly because all those Videos are made in loud and filled public areas where they have to scream to be heard by everyone. And also they get approached and not the guard approaching him like this Time.

Every video I've ever seen of one of the guard confronting someone involved them shouting, keeping up ceremony rigorously. This guy made me crack up laughing with how unexpectedly candid he was

The camera man's actions are unacceptable and also I think the guard needed to shout more. He can't explain like that, it's not in the guarding protocol, he needs to yell something along the lines of "GET BACK!"
