Older men who they have a close(r) relationship with, like a trusted or long-term friendship. There are different honorifics for general acquaintances. The older guy has to “invite” the younger one to call him hyung, it’s not automatic. So he’s calling out the older rappers who had welcomed him into their “inner circle” but belittled him afterwards. That’s why he and RM were so angry & raw in their first mixtapes. These weren’t random guys they knew in passing, they were people who at some point had considered them “close” friends but ended up turning their backs on them.

Hyung is literally for "older brother of a male" but it is used also for an older male who had a close trusting relationship with another male (best friends)

As he keeps rapping, he breaks through what is tying him down. Then stays in the trailer (a broader area within the industry where he has a little more freedom) and then breaks out of the trailer - as in breaking the barrier of what K-pop is supposed to be. And then finally he is on top of the trailer - ahead of trends and leading the industry. That's what I understood from the MV

You have to know Suga’s background to understand the meaning. This is a retaliation to underground Korean rappers, “hyung=older bro” that used to bashed him and his band member, RM, for leaving the underground rapping to join an idol group BTS. They were just a kid back then.

RM and Suga came from the underground rap scene and they received a lot of criticism from these rappers because they became idols. This was Suga's way of responding to those criticisms. As far as I recall and understand if it's a mixtape it doesn't have official music videos music videos are for song on albums not mixtapes. RM the leader of BTS explained at once mixtapes and albums are not the same thing. Mixtapes are a collection of songs you submit to music labels to demonstrate your singing skills. Albums contain songs that are written composed produced four and buy a music label to be put on an album.
