We saw him in Detroit this weekend and it was honestly the best concert I've ever been to in my life. I'm not a die hard fan or anything, but I felt like seeing Bryan Ferry live was like one of those things you must do before you die. I had low expectations but when we left, we were just stunned. Обалдеть! Мне 64. Я обожаю свою жену, мы с ней вместе почти полвека - это прелюдия. Я услышал эту песню на Rock FM с месяц назад. Захватил ее бит Come on come on let's stick together. Слов я не разобрал тогда. А сейчас, когда увидел этот клип с текстовкой - это все! Словно про меня и мою жену. Будьте счастливы! Ура! Stunned! I am 64. I adore my wife, we have been together for almost half a century - this is a prelude. I heard this song on Rock FM about a month ago. Captured this "Come on come on let's stick together" beat. I didn't understand the words at the time. And now, when I saw this clip with text - that's all! Like me and my wife. People, be happy everyone! We only live once. Hooray!

"Let's Stick Together" is a blues-based rhythm and blues song written by Wilbert Harrison. In 1962, Fury Records released it as a single. Harrison further developed the song and in 1969, Sue Records issued it as a two-part single titled "Let's Work Together". Although Harrison's original song did not appear in the record charts, his reworked version entered the U.S. Top 40. Several artists subsequently recorded the songs; "Let's Work Together" by Canned Heat (1970) and "Let's Stick Together"[1] by Bryan Ferry (1976) were both chart successes.

As a young lad I thought Bryan Ferry was the coolest man on the planet, I often still joke by saying I thought he was god 😀. I was off school ill and my father asked me if I wanted anything and I said I wanted Lets Stick Together on a vinyl 45. I wasn't sure what position it was in the UK charts at the time. My father went to Woolworths which at the time did the record charts for both albums and singles, but I was shocked with what he brought back but the Wurzels with Ive Got A Brand New Combine Harvester so whenever I hear either of those records it brings back this memory vividly 😊

Обалдеть! Hooray!

An absolute masterpiece, classic Byran Ferry.

@Phil Love........I am a very big fan of Bryan Ferry/Roxy Music [saw him live back in the day] but sorry - Dobie Gray's original version of 'I'm in with the In Crowd' is by far the best.
Such a distinctive voice, and ultra cool look. I grew up on the superb melodies of Roxy Music, and can remember back in the 1970s, buying most of their albums, the very week they were released. Their Live album, Viva Roxy Music is an all time classic.
The sax just takes it to another level
There were several among us young men in my peer group in the 80's that wished we were as cool as Ferry and Co. Not even close.
A Delicious Cocktail.... timeless class and chic...
