It has been said that Bowie copied Bryan's act in some ways.

I’m always struck by how soft spoken and shy Bryan Ferry is in interviews.

Bryan is so humble, charming and oozes charisma 👏🏻

This man has the best suits ever. Absolutely perfect.

I saw Bryan a few times, with Roxy and without, last 2016 in San Francisco, absolutely out of this World.

At the Savoy in 2001, Ferry was told that Tom Ford, head of Gucci considered Bryan his all time style icon. And when he was asked what Roxy's stage gear would be, Bryan replied: "Gucci of course..." to much laughter in the room.

Fascinating brilliant legend of a man.

Pure Class could listen to him all day

I met him in 1977.. He is everything you would imagine and more... Absoutly wonderful classy brilliant...

I love Bryan Ferry and Roxy Music! He's one of the most influential artists in the music scene.

Imagine being Bryan Ferry. You're a smooth gentleman; a classy, warm and witty man who's spent your life producing great work for others to enjoy and admire. And not only that, but you've never forgotten where you came from. You still have your feet on the ground. You were married to the same woman for almost 40 years, before she sadly took her own life, and you still handled yourself with grace. And then you're invited on this show with Pewdiepie. "Thanks"...

What a truly lovely man, still got it too!!!

One of the most humble gentlemanly art/prog rock music stars in the business. Bowie & Ferry seem to go hand in hand somehow. Music geniuses both of them.

@@barriejackson965 Agree boss. Former Wimbledon champion Boris Becker has been jailed for two and a half years for hiding £2.5m worth of assets and loans to avoid paying debts. That is utter disgraceful. Such roguish acts by capitalist rich pricks are an indication of their desperateness to retain their image of success. Beker is a joke. He has fallen from grace. It will be interesting to see how he attempts to get back on the capitalist rich horse gravy train again. Pick up ya racket Beker and slam it across ya head with both hands. That really funny. Rock artists usually dress so weird with outlandish outfits and he has gone back to basics like the rock stars dressing up in suits and ties and they complement him on being so different and stylish, like it's a new thing. It is classy to match his music.

Stupid really but I had onl ever heard Ferry's voice in his music. Having been born in Washington, I half expected a full geordie accent (I speak with a geordie accent myself). So I was quite surprised to hear a perfectly plain accent.

Anthony Price perhaps? Bryan joked on another interview once that he couldn't afford his prices anymore...!!! You'll find something as stunning and bespoke made on good 'ol Saville Row in London. If you already know that I do apologise! I just don't believe in paying through the nose for a "name" if you know what I mean, when there is so much talent to be tapped into for a non-ridiculous fee!

Boris war mit 17 schon eckelerregend. Bryan Ferry hätte doch sogar noch als Mumie, mehr Charisma, Klasse und Sexappeal als es der hochtrabende Becker jemals erreichen könnte!!! .......

He did send out a message of condolence indeed. People always seemed to think the two were "rivals" didn't they?!! Completely untrue (as per usual) they made and make totally different music! Much to my own selfish delight...!!! RIP Mr Bowie. Keep on Mr Ferry. When are they going to make you a Knight of the Realm? Or perhaps you turned it down just as David did??? Utmost R. E. S. P. E. C. T to the Gentlemen of Music...

Started my musical life with Bowie and Roxy also T Rex after Roxy Ferry just faded and did some real dross as Bowie just grew and grew and went on another level but Roxy did some great stuff especially first 3 albums
