I’m literally dealing with that now. I literally had to back out of a deal because I did the numbers and it was just wayyyy to much. My lender was awesome and gave me pointers but my real estate agent was the total opposite! It makes me never want to buy a home again but I ended up finding something else. I really can’t wait to be done with this process.

Yeah, it boggles my mind that this happens so frequently which is why I’m constantly doing videos on it.
I respect not getting blind sided... Good info is good. Never FOMO
I've never had a lender have any interest in the houses I'm looking at or buying. They just are interested in my income, credit and making sure I don't buy anything before the house closes. Now real estate agents have pressured me to buy with a quick inspection and brush off the thousands of dollars in upgrades the house needs before we can move in.

Lack of knowledge. There’s not training for lenders industry wide in any shape or form. So there’s lots of people that get their license and suddenly their lenders, but they don’t know guidelines or how to structure a loan. The other thing to watch out for is dishonest people trying to rip you off. Whenever you’re dealing with money, you’re always going to have good and bad. Really with anything you’re always going to have good or bad. I would be looking for a lender with a ton of experience and lots of reviews so that you can verify how other people have Experienced the process with them. Anything else is a gamble. Personally, I do not gamble with my wallet. Also, just because a real estate agent recommends them does not mean they are good or that they have any experience. I have lots of videos on that.

Thank you for the informative video. I am currently in the market to buy and I've applied and gotten approved for a home loan. I spoke with my real estate agent about the property I am interested in and after she spoke with the seller she found out that the manufactured home is not on permanent foundation so she then explained to me that the lender won't approve the loan. Are there other options I can take? Different types of lenders? 😢 thank u again for your time and help.
