Another awesome video! Would like to hear a conclusion and/or your personal thoughts. I know how it is when you only see the world in data points, I do also, it’s important to add your personal input too. It’s about that insight that may not be obvious to some but is to you.

It would be nice if your results were clearly printed on screen. Great video!

Love the videos, would it be possible for you to post a printed copy of your findings AKA end results. As you test more and more motors it would be nice to have a easily readable reference to what motors are the best in each category tested.

Wish you would have tested the new Tekin Spec-R... They show wicked numbers on my motor analyzer compared to my R1 V16. I'm getting same results on the track too

Hi Bart The Tekin Spec.R motor is not available in this Country (UK). I will test if I get hold of one.

Nick thanks for these videos. Does the Surpass Rocket v4s beat out these motors? I'm looking for the best indoor 4wd buggy 13.5t thanks

Hi Lawrence. For buggy, there is little between them, so go for the Surpass which is cheaper. I use the Surpass, and I could use anything.

Hi Nick have you done a Video on the 13.5 Trinity Monster Max. They have removed the plastic insulator now too. Would love to see how it fares in comparison to the new class of motor.

Hi Henry I do not have any 21.5 or 25.5 videos. But I can suggest a motor with a strong magnet. Such as the Surpass Rocket, the Fantom V3T, the Motiv MCR.

Would be nice to find a sweet spot for a 7.5t running on a blinky ESC

Hi Chad After checking mod motors that go well. I found that setting the mod, your 7.5T , to 6 to 7amp off load current, gave very good results, just like other windings.

Hi Chevy. Unfortunately the new Tekin G3 motors are not imported into the UK, so I have not tested them. They are much heavier (161gm) than most new motors and don't have many cutouts for cooling , but they could be good. All the best Nick

Hi Brian Based on previous tests, the 17.5T and 13.5T motors usually give similar results between the Makes. I will try and get the latest Trinity and some others for 2018 and do a test.

Hi The PRT, not in the UK It looks similar, but basic design, no flair. The wires look like the Orion, which were not the best. But most new 13.5T motors are much better in 2018 than previous versions. The rotor strength will make a choice for small or large track.

PRT has its model 2018, and is for example more efficient than a trinity, it is a top engine one of the best in ther french championchip...

Yes, they all have sensors. Connect to ESC with sensor lead. Some ESC do not have sensor lead. Motor will still work with those ESC

Hi Wayne. Get a high torque motor (strong rotor magnet). The Surpass, Motiv and R1 are good. Not Hobbywing or Reedy.
