I think that the best music created by Bruce is his solo stuff. I love it. More of that, please.

Bravo! Bruce, and I'm a KISS fan from the beginning, is by far the most talented guitarist ever in the band. Ace, my idol as a young kid, even said as much. You never know a celebrity offstage, only in the interviews or on shows. But no matter the medium used to bring Bruce to the public, he always seems well grounded, respectful and somewhat humble. I've always enjoyed his playing and enjoyed failing at trying to copy his licks! Congratulations on your retirement, you've earned it!

I agree. Ace might have been a FOUNDING member of KISS, but Bruce was the best FIT for the band. Sorry to say Bruce proved so while playing alongside Ace himself during "KISS Unplugged." And yes, I ALSO agree he is quite a humble gentleman!

Bruce is a real guitarist/musician. I would love to see him relocate to Nashville and work with the top dogs in country misic cause he can play anything and is like a fine wine. I really wish to see him in a great established band where he can contribute original music.

When Bruce Kulick left this tribute band a month or so ago, it was the perfect time for Don and Mel to ask Mark Farner to rejoin them, and put on the 50th Anniversary tour that we, the fans would have wanted to see for years. However, that did not happen, and another guitarist was chosen, showing Don's foolish pride is more important than the wishes of the fans.

There comes a time in everyone's career life when a finality of events sets-in. Bruce at his age has grandly proven himself as a professional musician in-earnest. I have witnessed such honest testimony before in my career. People have a natural tendency to call-it like it is when they are done with the corporate or business world when they have dispensed with it by their own volition. Bruce is DONE with GFR and KISS, those entities have shown him recent indifference, he's simply had enough and is moving-on, so be it and good for him.

@@MrManfly Gene and Paul may have given-up more than just the interest in keeping KISS alive. There is information slowly coming forward which shows the KISS brand licensing may be now 'partially' administrated by a third-party music/entertainment conglomerate. I believe Aerosmith may already taken that step.

Yeah, it is hard to buy into the current lineup when you don`t have the guy to sang and wrote over 90% of the songs. I understand the trick Brewer did and he wanted to continue the band and Mark wanted to go back to his solo Christian music with all the legal implications that would stop Brewer from continuing, but what Don did is still chicken shit.

I used to tour with Mark, I feel for Bruce. The amount of shit slinging between Don, Mel and Mark was non stop. It's so difficult to be the guy filling legendary shoes, especially when you are a fan of the band. I came to a point where I told Mark that they all need to get over themselves and give us fans one more tour as grand funk before one of them dies. Go from 2000 sweaters as a headliner back to 20 000, or move on from the public display of lawsuits and accusations, ultimately it just forces the fans to pick sides, which in turn makes folks not enjoy the band as they would have. Completely the way Tommy and Eric wearing ace and Peter's make up pissed fans off. I know the history of how that happened and can t claim gene and Paul for shit show of ace and Peter's constant fighting and irresponsible actions. Mean while, if they had played ball, the fans would have been overjoyed by great shows, they would have made millions and preserved the legacy of a great band. Instead of the fans watching them go done in an ego driven flames, tainting the legacy. I used to blame don and Mel for the mess , now like many fans , I don't care. I just want to be lifted by some great rock n roll, I want to believe that the music that I loved came from love not children throwing a tantrum. I wish that bands could keep their drama private in the same way as when a bunch of friends going out and that one couple that always starts fighting and causes drama after two beers. And ya just want to tell them , we don't care anymore and you guys are ruining the good time we all should be having, including you guys!

I'm sure he had bills to pay and he's made an honest living. And there's nothing wrong with playing in a cover band, which is what he's been doing. That said, he was NEVER in Grand Funk Railroad. Grand Funk Railroad without Mark Farner is the same as Cream without Eric Clapton - it's literally impossible.

They're happy to have a gig Mr. Kulick. Oh,, Boo Hoo,, You have to travel for 3 days, to get on a stage and be a rock star for a set. Unbelievable.
