主要食材:面粉200克,木薯淀粉100克,红糖80克,温水280克,酵母粉3克,无铝泡打粉3克,黄油或者食用油20克。
Super simple and quick Kwai brown marmalas cake, soft and delicate, sweet and elastic, really delicious!
Main ingredients: 200g flour, 100g cassava starch, 80g brown sugar, 280g warm water, 3G yeast powder, 3G aluminum free baking powder, 20g butter or edible oil.

什麼是無鋁泡打粉?有什麼用?沒有可以不落嗎?我有黑糖,可以取代嗎?

无铝泡打粉属于不含明矾的无铝泡打粉,打发面糊及烘烤等各阶段均匀释放气体,在食品内部形成均匀、致密的组织结构,增大体积,有效气体利用率高。如果不加也可以,黑糖可以取代红糖!

这个锅我之前刚开始用也是一样会黑,也照他们店里给的开锅的方法,不过擦干是都还是会有点黑,不过现在已经一年多了,就不会了

中筋低筋都可以,我就用普通的面粉
我搞拌時出現棵粒,於是隔渣,但是否酵母是隔不掉的,我不能全部隔走,整個隔兜都塞了,之後蒸出來一點都不發,仲死死實實,我到底那個步驟做錯了?請指教。酵母粉是否發粉?份量一樣?有冇分耐高糖的?

是用耐高糖酵母粉,跟发粉不一样的,发粉是泡打粉

最好用耐高糖酵母、否則好容易失敗

普通面粉 (英文 All purpose flour or Plain flour) 食譜上如果寫要用‘'中筋" 面粉,也就是這個普通面粉. All the best with your cake making!
