黑糖糕这样做,有着漂亮的鱼翅纹,好吃不粘牙,做法简单,一次就能成功
材料:粘米粉 150g+水 150ml、白糖120g +水 150ml、白糖1勺 +水25ml +即发酵母4g、食用油 1勺
1)大碗里加入150g粘米粉,150g水,搅拌均匀,放置一边。
2)锅里加入150ml水,加入120g 白糖
3)小碗里加入1勺白糖 & 3g即发酵母,再加入大概25克水搅匀
4)全部搅拌均匀盖起,发酵到表面看到很大的泡泡,大概是2小时
5)发酵好后,加入1勺食用油搅拌均匀
6)倒入膜具,大火蒸20分钟,拿出来,放凉,再切块即可❤️

6) Pour into the mold, steam for 20 minutes on high heat, take it out, let it cool, and then cut it into pieces❤️

    请问如果用气压锅蒸 要用几分钟 ❓ 如果模具没放防沾纸 可以换刷上油吗❓ 黑糖口味 可以换斑斓汁代替做不同口味吗❓

    hi,when mix with the yeast,water cannot too hot ;and cannot ferment too long
