I appreciate the how-to on browned butter, along with the tip about the pan's color. I found a recipe that called for it, but not knowing how to do it, I kind of just followed along instructions I found online, but none of them seemed super clear so it's nice to know my butter looked like yours in the end (because it totally didn't from the other KZread video for the recipe, so I figured I'd done something wrong or just had bad quality butter).
I love anything with browned butter. I’ve even used it to pour over some ravioli pasta
