I don't proclaim to know a lot, but I do know that meat (ribs) is burned. And if you know BBQ, you know burned meat is dry. Edit: The chicken leg quarters look legit.

As the videographer and sampling the product you are wrong. It was actually very well seasoned and juicy. Sometimes you kind of can't judge off a video. It could be the video may be deceiving. Nevertheless, thank you for your observation. I need to improve my video skills. Sometimes a cell phone just doesn't quite capture the true essence.

Great food but a good example why sometimes using hands is better than gloves. He would have washed his hands countless times but that glove will touch everything the whole day. A false sense of security.

The meats are all dried out!

You aren't supposed to cook clean and unclean together. Pork is unclean it wasn't created to be eaten. Since the pork is right there with the beef now the beef is also unclean.

Under stand that er are not bound to all the dietary laws of the Old Testament.The main things stressed in the New Testament into eating blood and not eating things offered to idols.Then we are told to bless what is set before us and receive it with Thanksgiving.lf you dont like pork go where they dont sell it
