As a person who suffers from seizures not from epilepsy, and a lifelong Broncos fan.....this one hit hard. It's been my biggest fear, and 4 years ago the same thing almost happened to me. I had a seizure so severe it gave me a stroke at 27. I lost my house, job, car, but not my life. I spent years on the streets after trying to recover. I wish you could have been as lucky as I was DT. Thank you for all the great times, and wonderful memories. I'm sorry to see you go, but we'll carry on your caring legacy in Denver always!

I was never too aware of Demaryius Thomas, never really learned much about him - I just know that he was well renowned. Regardless of my knowledge it's a shame to see him go so suddenly and especially at such a young age. In the end, everyone is equal - But while we're here, some flames burn brighter than others. RIP DT.

I loved being able to watch him on campus at Ga Tech. He was a kind man, same year as me, a lot bigger and athletically gifted obviously, but the same age all the same. With all the adversity he confronted head on in his life, he inspired countless people. He was a helper and a do-er. RIP Bay Bay. Go Jackets. Go Broncos.
